You can pay over a year like I do. When my kids were school age, I could never afford this for my family. Now they are grown and cruising is quite affordable for me and my wife. I certainly a not rich, but now that my kids have their own jobs, I have enough to travel. That is why you see lots over couples over 50.
I play in the casino and get practically free cabins. And, NO, I truly don't gamble away the price of a cabin.

It is not $39/pp, it varies based on your sailing. My sailing in March on Icon, it has been at $74.95/pp since it became available.
Looks like a nice ship Jay, but I really believe they have found the size and passenger limit. Some ports may start to limit total visitors that never did before when these whales pull in.

I get charging for the waterpark but for THE ADULTS ONLY AREA?!?! Talk about nickel and dime’ing. Too many “premium” upcharges on these cruises nowadays. What happened to the “forget your wallet” mentality of cruising🤷♂️
The pricing for hideaway beach is dynamic and will depend on the sailing. I’ve seen it for close to 100.
That elevator design does a whole lot more than just tell you how long it takes for the elevator. It should know how many ppl are on it so it’s not stopping at every floor to pick someone up when full.

Depends on the sailing. For my Icon sailing in June, the current price is a WHOPPING $84pp.
Yes it can fluctuate. I have got lucky and got into Coco Beach Club twice at $70 which is far lower than normal. Just keep an occasional eye and a sale can happen. Id never pay normal fare for that area.

It’s not always $39. There is dynamic pricing just like any of there other “excursions”. On my sailing entry is $69pp. Standard cabana is $1499 and the Hideout cabanas are $2299 (plus tax, of course),

Coco Kay just in general should be the blue print for all private islands. It absolutely gives me a reason to sail Royal and I consider myself a Carney. The island is just that good !

For our upcoming cruise Hideaway beach was on sale for $18.99/person so snagged it at that low price. So even if we don’t like it we won’t be out much $.
Not really sure where they are getting $39. For my cruise at the end of Feb it was $70 or more and that was booking back in like august. Black friday I ended up rebooking for about $35 but I highly doubt it will be normally $39. If so, great but doubt it.
2600 for an ENITRE vacation to another country or for a cabana for a few hours. The fact that some people still pick the cabana tells me those people simply have too much money.

That said even Icon's will have to pass the test. That is simple. Is it better or at par with Symphony's? Its a personal test :D

Hideaway Beach pricing is dynamic depending on the sailing. Have seen pricing in the $70-range for some sailings, which would def make us think twice about booking.

I questioned because another creator vlogged they were in the Hideaway invited to their friends $2500 cabana and they were shocked with that fee only water, soda, juices included and all food items on the menu. Not alcoholic beverages 🤷🏻♀️. That seems ridiculous.

It's interesting that you say it's only $39 per person to get in. I'll sailing Feb 11 - 18. RC is selling Hideaway for $69 (pre cruise sale). They are advertising $74 as the regular price. That's a conflict of pricing!!!!!!!!

I’ve taken a few cruises and about the third one I was bored to death I don’t see why it is so popular. My wife loves this stuff, but it bores me to tears and you have to share it with hundreds of people I can’t think of a worse way to spend a vacation, that is after the initial two or three cruises are over because those are kind of fun but that’s only because it’s all new but once the newness wears off, there is no fun to be had.

Im not counting the cabanas as I didnt see a count of how many in the video, but tickets alone will be about $80k at $40 each
I did $39 multiplied by 2,000 (capacity)= $78,000 then I multiplied it by 7 days (1 week) = $546,000. Ok I was off by a small amount. Sorry.
