What are the requirements to have those lights working? E.g 60km/h and complete darkness?
In towns from 60kmh out of town from 30kmh. It does not have to be completely dark, but there must not be too many lights either
and what are those notifications you hear all the time?
Thats the warning for exceeding the speed limit

I hate these lights, they are so strong that all drivers flash from the opposite direction even when I use the daytime running lights.
Yeah its not like audi or mercedes
