I wish the breakfast ones didn’t have so much seeds and nuts. I technically shouldn’t be eating them because I came down with diverticulitis a couple of years ago. Was told not to eat seeds and nuts.

I enjoy freeze dried meals. I do not enjoy the price. A $12 cup of oatmeal can be hard to swallow.
