Her head voice is just crystal clear, I love it. Very few pop/gospel singers can reach those very high notes using head voice, most of them sings in high falsetto or whistle register.
Ariana's technique is not unhealthy though. Sohyang's technique is on another level. Or else she could have destroyed and made her voice raspy easily, but her voice is just there anytime.
High notes are great- But! Her strengths are her ability to easily mix in very high register, allowing smooth and agile transitions and to put some emotion in each song and her great story telling ability, Her command of the stage, Her Phrasing, breath control and just fantastic technique! Also she has a passion for singing, not a passion for making money! You really feel she cares, because she does! A Fantastic all around Artist with great versatility and style! A All time Great Performer in my eyes!

The C5 though. It's simply excellent. Starting C#5 she started adding more head voice. The F#5 sounds like its head voice but through the nose though.
