Copper spent the rest of the day checking for passengers in lorries 😂
🤣🤣
🤣🤣
You could see him choke when you said, "Are you stopping dash cams" 💯🤣🤣🤣
"I'm not here to argue with you..."
proceeds to argue about everything
Wrong DJ was interrupting him all the time. He was actually alright.
The reply is well fcuk off then
@@paulwhittaker5195 Get that boot out of your mouth. He was copsplaining _pre-crimes._
@@paulwhittaker5195not really true is what you said. DJ interrupted him, but the police officer believed he was correct. And assumed that DJ was going on when he was looking at signs. The cop wanted to show authority from the start. And as usual they say I don't want to argue because that's training kicking in. But they do argue and cause the interactions with the public. Nothing has changed in policing in 50 years. And he would have been allowed on if he was in the lorry. All the usual bollocks from police and management.
@@normanconnor The owner of Peel Group is John Whittaker, look at the name of the guy you're replying.
“If I see someone I know, get in their passenger seat” 😂😂😂
How didn’t he crack a smile there? Soulless.

Either he deliberately misquoted that section or law, or he is ignorant of that section of law e.g:
Section 38 of the Port Of Liverpool General Bylaws 2021: Prohibition of Certain Acts (a) No person shall without Permission distribute or post leaflets, papers, notices or advertisements, take any photograph or make any drawing, sketch, film, video recording or painting within the Dock Estate.
This refers to within the dock estate. However, DJ was not within the dock estate, he was outside the Dock estate; therefore, Section 38(a) is irrelevant.
@@MartinSanders-ut9qq Yes, but he was telling the guy he was going to go inside the fence, or at least that was my taking from the video. If not, then yes, it doesn't apply.
When a copper says that he is not here to argue with you, they really mean that they don’t know the answer to your question and are trying desperately to use their perceived power over you!

@@MartinSanders-ut9qq Hi, very clear isn't it - it's just 'within', not 'within or into' !
Therefore DJ's film is a perfect reminder that even on the (increasingly rare) occasions when legislation is clear, cops still manage to get it wrong!
@@ysgol3 I think either the Officer genuinely believed that 'within' also applied to area outside of the Port (which makes him a twat), or he was hoping that members of the public trust whatever the Police say as truth.
Either way, the Officer acted like a twat.
@@MartinSanders-ut9qq Hi, thanks for the reply. Sorry, I have to correct you.
It's 'a MASSIVE twat' 🙃
I've had my drone up there too, did a video a couple years back with Auditing Yorkshire, and they cautioned us for filming
They have at least learnt a lesson on that one since then. Cold calling or being a passenger in a lorry is still unknown.

Why is pc223 so nervous? Shaky voice and shaking. Seems a little unstable.
He's regretting the interaction, DJ is tying him in knots, he knows he's being filmed and he doesn't have the answers.
He's providing security for a container port, in the current climate I'd be a bit jumpy.
Drugs😂meds
His brain cell is going into overload!
Thought port police guy was fair enough with you this time
The Port Police love waffling on about ByeLaws. They must dream about them too !
But apparently don't even know the specifics of them.
Port Police are not regular police. Byelaws cover their main role. Security of the Port. A regular police officer wouldn’t be versed in these powers. They do wear a uniform but mainly deal with Security. A more educated SIA holding a Warrant Card. Hence having powers of arrest
Wet dream probably
A wet dream 😂
@@davidharwood9552 Not quite right, Port police are fully warranted police officers employed by a private company Peel Holdings, just like the MSC police (also Peel employees) and the Mersey Tunnels police employed by Merseytravel. Not held in particular regard by Merseyside officers.
Thanks DJ this is 5 minutes from me so interesting to get a different view
We used to be able to get a yearly permit from Peel’s main building to enter the port. fishermen had rights to go on port land by seaforth dock entrance. then our lovely labour gov at the time restricted the freedom to access the mersey dock wall and the port itself by bringing out the port security law. To be honest at the time the docks had been left to rot and and large parts of it were not used. peel holdings decide there is more money in building apartment’s with seafront views at a premium price. the unused parts of the dock system was filled in, the new everton football club is being built and will joined by lots of apartment’s only few can afford.
Thanks for the information. 💚💚
@@DJAUDITS I think you will find the police radios use Voice Recognition to IOT Data Base which collects voice in real time and they know who you are in seconds . Thats why they twiddle with radio at the start of interactions

That was what I was thinking. You make a good point!
That'd be so random: spotting DJ and shouting him then have him immediately ask to ride in your passenger seat and film stuff 🤯🤣🤣🤣
You can always tell when police are thick when they repeat what you say
that's why they joined the police.
Site of Britain's longest running industrial dispute, (it seemed like the whole of the nineties) they don't want anyone on their land !
Obviously the constable is not used to having to listen to members of the public.

Under Part VI, admission to the Dock Estate Section 28 states person to inform port representative (security) if asked, does not specify no admission; Section 38(a) is no photography on Dock Estate (not Section 32 as stated at 8:41) in the 2021 Byelaws. They always ignore the dash cam question.
And the same bylaw prohibits making "any drawing, sketch, or painting within the Dock Estate". Can you imagine how mad it would be to be arrested and charged for drawing a caricature of PC223 while you were stood _outside_ the site?

How typical of a copper to talk over the top of you then complain when you do the same. Judging by the red dial and the heavy breathing he's a heart attack waiting to happen.
Total BS
Inspector gadget was packing .Only thing missing was a truncheon fitted with a girl guide compass .

England is in shambles
Yeah he doesn't seem to be able to catch his breath.
Has probably never been called to do anything before.
Section 32 of the bylaws @ 8:42 reads: Gas, Water and Electricity
No person shall without the prior written approval of the Company make a
connection to any gas or water mains or electricity cables within the Dock Estate.
Maybe he is trying to refer to section 38 Prohibition of Certain Acts
(a) No person shall without Permission distribute or post leaflets, papers, notices or
advertisements, take any photograph or make any drawing, sketch, film, video
recording or painting within the Dock Estate.
Sad to see the police failing to properly inform the public correctly, it appears to be an epidemic of police not knowing what they refer to.
Love your work. Enjoying my morning coffee watching this video from Prescott Valley Arizona.
That sounds pleasant 😊 enjoy!
Watching and enjoying from San Diego 😊
That copper knew he was outsmarted 😂
Just to the left of the range rovers is the area where imported vehicles (usually American) are stored after arrival.
There's usually some interesting classics there too !
Used to be a regular run with the Alantic Conveyor Container ship, think the other is the ATlantic Voyager, when that's in they'll bring loads of yank collectors/classics + ship out those Range Rovers to the States.I've imported a couple of Chevy trucks, landed here as a local, always look for the Alantic Ships when I drive past, some lovely yank vehicles come ashore.
Well done DJ!! "everytime I talk you talk over me"....... says the cop while he's overtalking you. LOL Pure gold! LOL
"Back to work" and do your research first. 🤣🤣♥️
Bloody hell, there is a bylaw, which also bans drawing what you can see!
38 Prohibition of Certain Acts
(a) No person shall without Permission distribute or post leaflets, papers, notices or advertisements, take any photograph or make any *drawing, sketch,* film, video recording or *painting* within the Dock Estate
It says "within the dock estate". Like everywhere else, the airspace is not dock estate. If the airspace is not restricted then he can do what he likes
What about those with photographic memories😂
DJ what happens if the lease to each individual unit restricts filming? also new line of sight rules mean you need to see orientation of drone so you will be limited to 100m away.
Good grief it was like having a row with Ann Widecmbe no
Beginning and no end
I respect what you do DJ and love watching but to be fair to the PC he was right to say you couldnt go in to the port because when you went to the other gate it said it was restricted and therefore in the end you didnt go inside so it made no sense at all, the PC walked away in the end because he was wasting his time trying to advise you as you wasnt listening but my point is you did all that but never went in knowing in the end the PC was right you muppet lol🤣
can you bootlick the police some more? they need all the support they can get these days
Brings back memories from my lorry driving days 4 years on containers a lot out of Liverpool. Not changed a lot apart from restrictions. also in those days always had a Dashcam on
Let’s be honest, DJ got schooled here
You made some 'extremely good point's' here, in endeavouring to educate the security here! Good work DJ!😊
Which extremely good points do you think where important?
Peel has it's own private port authority police, not security. It's a bonded freeport, not in the jurisdiction of UK proper.
@@repealthepoorlaws6864 i got the police i missed the bonded freeport bit. That's interesting. I wo der if all peel owned docks are like that.
@@seanyd5698 I know Peel Group sold Trafford Park for £750 million in a cashless deal using bonds... So, maybe they can change their name to "With Impunity Group". How many hundred million £££'s cashless deals have you done lately with bonds?

Peel Holdings ruined our fishing from the rocks and Alex wall. They took over, we used to pay to go on but then they made it so hard for you to visit and fish. I gave up in the end. Their take on it was down to terrorism and all that. Well done DJ, I'm just down the Road. I'd have brought you a fresh brew.
👏👏👏DJ, I don’t know how you stay so calm
Knowing you're within the law helps, but yes takes alot of knowledge to be as calm as DJ audit, I'd be hot headed 😆
I greatly enjoyed this video DJ. I get the cop was up himself not wanting to reason on what youwere saying. He just wanted to be right regardless. Good for you standing up to him.
The Port of Liverpool police are fully warranted police officers, as are the MSC police and are employed by a private company, Peel Holdings. Peel acquired the former Mersey Docks and Harbour Board and the Manchester Ship Canal company for a song but also took on a substantial debt burden. They have made huge profits from the vast amount of land they inherited by innovative re-purposing (using various grants and other peoples money) When I was a Birkenhead Borough plod back in the 60's we policed the Birkenhead docks as they were owned by the Borough.
Its actually very relaxed at liverpool. You should try Heysham port next time 😂
Did he just covertly turn he’s body cam on? I didn’t here him announcing that
Of course you can cold call…I remember when drones first came out and they would fly over your house then cold call showing you a picture from above asking if you wanted to buy it..
Thanks for another video!
The police must hate you when you tell them their job lol 😂
That poor cop seems like a nice chap and clearly wasn't used to dealing with conflict as he was nervous.
You do know lorry drivers are no longer able to pick up passengers? If they do they are taking a risk with their employer. Only employees are insured in works vehicles now.
Some companies policy yes.
@@DJAUDITS yeh they do but its very rare as it costs more and is unnecessary. Most drivers just decide to take the risk i think.

Facial recognition to obtain a persons name won't work unless that persons name and photo are already in the database. So if you've never been arrested, they will never know who you are. But they could use the image to track your physical location.

Not sure I agree at all with you - almost every port area I have seen around the world is treated as a form of restricted zone that you can only access with permission or a pass card. I see no issue with flying over of course, but walking in is restricted in every port I have seen.
You cant actually get in his passenger seat you have to be pre approved those drivers have a pass they are pre approved. As you can understand a lot of illegal stuff comes in through ports. Its why they have permanent Police Presence. Although you did nothing wrong. Good video nonetheless.

Why does the cop truck say ER2 when at the time of registry it should be CR3?
The Port Of Liverpool General By Laws 2021 section 38 (a) indeed refers to the taking of photographs, however does go onto state that it applies within the dock estate. If someone is not within the dock estate and takes photographs of the dock estate from outside of the dock estate that does not constitute an offence under this by law.
