Just my opinion but..
This, ladies and gentlemen is probably the simplest yet purest, most innocent and pious love confession I’ve ever seen in k drama history.
that's true. Unlike what today's world portrays love to be as vulgar and intense sensual intimacy, this is what true love looks like. This drama has raise the bar so high. It is safe to even let small kids watch and understand what love looks like.

Twas befitting for the couple to get awards and very much looking forward to Series 2 to more the intricacies of their relationship before Needo got married and maybe there will be a 2nd chance for them. Twill be exciting to know all the couples’ careers and loves. Kim Tae Ri is now very bankable and starring with Jisub is another big challenge in her acting career!!! and wish her the very best and I am sure she will continue to shine.
This is my most favorite character and k-drama of Nam Joo Hyuk. His acting here is so natural. The way he delivered his lines in this scene was very heartwarming; his eyes showed how he cherishes and appreciates Hee Do and all the good that she has done for him. I also like that he confessed without expecting her to reciprocate. He just wanted her to feel loved and appreciated. It shows his "maturity" because he can already acknowledge that it is love that defines their relationship.

What makes this kdrama so good is the characters' dialogues. Like I've never felt so moved and touched by words. Their feelings for one another are so pure and genuine and the way they express it through speech is just a chef's kiss. Amazing play of words. This is probably my favourite confession in kdrama history.
I think this is pure love ,he loves everything about her even her flaws,wants to protect her, loving unconditionally without expecting nothing . Definitely his love is not platonic ,both has some attraction towards eachother ,their eyes tell all. I think this is a beautiful relationship where pure & romantic love coexist .I love how mature he is, he is not rushing the girl who is little younger than him.

Nam JooHyuk is great at delivering these types of lines..it is heart piercing and because of his tone, you could feel the depth of his words. You’ll cry because it sounds so true and you want to believe every word of it.
My favorite thing about this confession scene is that the actual translations (based off a post I saw on Reddit haha) are something more along the lines of “I [have been] loving you” or “I am in love with you.” So instead of Yijin loving Heedo in just the present, it’s more of a gradual process of him realizing his love for her. 🥺

I want to point out that Yi Jin is saying ‘I’m loving you’ (사랑하고 있어) to be precise. That line was expressed in present continuous tense. He’s saying that what he has been doing / had done for Hee Do, are all out of his love for her. I think this makes this confession phenomenal. 😊

Idk why but this kdrama is just so healing to me. It's such a refreshing way of portraying relationships. I feel like theirs is between platonic and romantic. There are moments when they see each other as best friends and there are moments when they look at each other as more than friends. I also like how their struggles, dreams, dilemmas are realistic and relatable.
I think this series has captured the pure raw love without any strings attached and without conditions. Genius story ❤️💙

I've rewatched this scene like crazy. It's such a beautiful scene and how Yi Jin is so sure of his feelings that he confesses to Hee Do right away and doesn't wait. Everything about the scene is beautiful, the way he looks at Hee Do, the really pretty song that plays, the way he looks at her as he confesses his love for her, and the rainbow underneath them. It's also so simple and doesn't have any of the Kdrama tropes like hearing the heart beating loud even though I love hearing that. 🥰 I love these two so much and their amazing chemistry is really shining through in each episode. I can't wait to see their love story blossom. I know it's going to be amazing.
