Some people just dont understand that everyone's security experience is not just based on the company they work for. It's all on the office of that company you get hired into, the management that's in charge of you, and the contracts they throw you under. I've been with Allied Universal for 2 years, and to be honest my first year was trash because of the branch I got hired into. Thank God I moved, and left on good terms because the Allied branch In the city I live in now has a much better management team running it. I don't know how much longer I would of lasted in the first one, but the office in charge of me now has been taking great care of me.
Without offending anyone, both companies are extremely resourceful and will dominate and eventually continue to buy small companies you are talking about. No one cares about the background. People care about price. Relationships play an important factor, but it is who you know and who will endorse you when a decision is made.
As you can see allied security baught us billion dollars i work for us 3 years 5 months. They wanted sites from us here catch. Starting October 31st of 2018 allied will take over us security contracts. But half of 95% of us contracts already had allied security. So there for they spending money on no reason at all us security should keept going. Over 700 or more employees are not gonna go to allied security cause they make us pay 25$ unirforms ask for pay stub from job your at then ask for high school diploma... Now 75% of us security contract where short terms and up to 2000.00 month to monrh contracts. Basicly allied mad stupid for buying out us cus no body wanna work for company that has small power on steeling sites from another company. Recently allied baught fjc security thhey own alot hospitals that allied wanted now no one wanna make that 25% so they really spend over 5 billion unclaimed money if irs find out bout what was done allied be sued and emploees lose there jobs
