The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

Thank you so much❤😊 so much *1000 , my brain got so calmed after this, I was dealing with anxiety and stress and is always catastrophizing negative things at utmost level though I tried getting out of it many many times I just couldn't it even affected my rational thoughts into negative ones but this energy exchange around the body really helped me to live the moment and not worry about future

As an overthinker, having to deal with stress and overthinking exhausts me. I found this video and decided to do this. I stopped on my first try because it was making me dizzy. I tried it again and I'm so glad I did. Will definitely do this everyday!
You did a great job, Franchesca! I'm proud of you for trying again. If you keep doing it you can manage your overthinking by releasing the trapped heat inside of your head. Let me know how it goes once you do it for a few more days and what you feel.
Claire, Reduce negative thoughts to have a healthier life. The practice is simple. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep inhalation-exhalation needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. Stillness brings internal peace. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

I was supposed to sleep at 12am and wake up at 7:30am but I had difficulty sleeping and literally started crying cuz my brain was full of thoughts (funny thoughts like tiktok , all if that shit) and it was irritating me so I came across this video and now I'm about to sleep! Hopefully I will✌
