Idk about you but I actually wanna see the TRs more often on Line 2. It's kinda unfair tbh that Line 2 is just a T1 exclusive line. I understand TRs cannot make the sharp turns at Greenwood Yard but I think it'd be nice if they can get TRs from Wilson Yard to Line 2 since it has closer access to Lower Bay than Davisville Yard & like Davisville covering 2 lines (1 & 4) Wilson could also cover 2 lines like Davisville. I think TTC gonna do that eventually especially since the T1s are close to retirement.
@@PWingert1966 the T1s are close to retirement but probably starting around 2026 since that will mark the T1's 30th year in the subway system & I believe most trains have a 30-35 year service record before they retire. There is a plan to replace them with new trains if not the TRs

Since this guy spotted a "TR" in line 2, they called it rare because you don't see this type of subway in this line because it's operated by "T1"s. There were "TR"s because I heard that "T1"s here having AC problems, so the TTC transferred "TR"s to line 2 because they have a working AC. AC = Air conditioner

The reason why they had put TR’s on L2 is because the T1s had faulty air conditioning systems.
And one year, said AC's got clogged and had people suffering during summer.

Arent the current Line 2 Railstock near end of life? I thought there was a plan to replace them fairly soon.
