Next week video I will be touring Taylor Morrison which is one of the best local builders. They are not cheap but are beautiful. Depending on your budget I can find a community that fits that and tour that community.

This house is not worth $400,000. $200,000 maybe and that’s being very generous. People would be crazy to pay $400,000 plus.

What is a lot more worse or equal to having the primary suite right off the living room, is having a stand alone shower that you still have to use a shower curtain for the stand alone 🚿🚿🚿🤦🏽🤦🏽

Hello David thats a great question as some builder will offer this separate which I find ridiculous. This builder price includes the lot and the finishes you saw except the accent walls. @@davidstepka4364 on 400k about 4K in taxes. With new communities you also have to account for CDD which some have and some don’t. CDD gets added to the taxes.

They are getting really cheap with their building practices! In a way, it’s kinda insulting! These builders need to wake up and smell the collapse! I wouldn’t even bother walking into this property. Shame on Lakewood Ranch!!! Selling a dream that you have to be asleep to believe it!!!
