This is the kind of housing we need much more of, especially for elderly and for low income singles. A good design that allows for independent living. One change that would be needed in cold climates is to close off the service area to the outside, but this design could easily allow that.

Rid of the service area and expand the kitcken for work space area such a waste of space anyway and eclosed to put hookup for washing machine and laundry space makes more common sense.😁🙋‍♀️🇺🇲✈️🇵🇭🦋🌹

sobrang nakakaonspire na house po ask ko lang po yung 360k is per door po yun expenses or included na po lahat yan door na nasa video po or isang door lang po yun 360k salamat po sa pag answer po

isang door lang po. Actually ang current estimate price per square meter po kasi ngayon (2024) for standard finish na pang apartment is 15000 pesos to 20000 pesos. Nagmahal na po kasi ang mga materyales
