On a small 100X100 plot (minimum 70x100 plot), construct 10 Apartments each with 1 bedroom and a bathroom accessible through a corridor as a single block on two floors. A 10 vehicle parking spaces are available with space for guest vehicles and a beautiful flower garden.

@@masudhalima9868 Well this pricing is based on Ugandan standards. For 3 blocks, it would cost approx USD 360,000. Though in a few weeks we are releasing a similar design that has 2 bedroom apartments on a similar size plot on 3 floors. Making a total of 12 apartments.

Hello Mohamed. Thanks for your question. For a mufuna mpola, this would cost about 450M for luxury/ premium to construct. But that cost is relative to the materials and finishing chosen. So the price would range from 280M for basic finishes to 450M for top of the range materials.
Also please note that we include the estimated construction price with high end materials in all our video descriptions.
We also include offer and accurate costing document (Bills of Quantities or BoQ) upon request. This includes every possible cost you would incur and since its available as an excel document, you can change the costs based on your builder or material choice to see how much your project cost can change

It depends on the location. In neighbourhoods like Naalya you can get 1,000,000/= per month from rent and 100,000/= per day from Airbnb. In neighbourhoods like Muyenga, Luzira or Muyunyo, about 50% more

This is wrong...
-37 m² units devoting 7 m² to a long, useless internal corridor
-full kitchen but no dining space (or say goodbye to the lounge)
-bedrooms facing the street (=noise) or the access pallier (no privacy)
-unnecessarily long pallier (access to units)
That's true. We addressed this with a new design that eliminated the entire corridor, has access into each unit off a central landing that has both stair and an elevator. Better space saving
