Do not put this product into a ziplock bag or any plastic container for mixing or storage. Vinegar is a low pH and can deteriorate the plastics. For pickled items, always used non-plastic instruments such as stainless steel, glass, and ceramics.

Brah my pickle mango that I think is hawaii style is simple vinegar sugah..sugar mango and red food coloring. I've never known anyone that made pickled mango with salt garlic pepper Chipotle wt? Well to each its own I guess.
