I'm a self taught so this may be second nature and really obvious to anyone who was actually taught but how you snipped the edge to allow the sleeve to fit properly seemed like actual genius to me. A whole montage of sewing fails played through my mind that would have been solved with that little trick!

The only thing it has shown me is now impatient I am. I was too impatient to take my time and sew neatly so my stitching was wandering all over the place 😅

This shirt dress is fantastic! I absolutely love the color and fabric, it's so practical yet it looks so comfortable and wearable!!! Great job and for so many good tips... this was a great tailoring tutorial! I do have one question about the sleeve and I'm wondering why you didn't just make the sleeve match the armhole opening since it looks like a drop shoulder and that's usually a one to one fit without ease!? Just curious as to your pattern making reasoning, no other reason!!! Thanks again for such great inspirational videos 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
