It is modified quote from count Axel Oxenstierna (1583-1654), but here in Italy we associate it to Pope Julius II (1443-1513) the "Fearsome/Warrior Pope".
The original quote in italian is: "Non sai, figlio mio, con quanta poca saggezza sia governato il mondo?”.
I've changed "very little wisdom" with "madness" ("pazzia, follia" in italian) because I think that only mad persons today could rule our world like this.

    1. There was no electricity bill in Libya; electricity was free for all its citizens.
    2. There was no interest on loans, banks in Libya were state-owned and loans given to all its citizens at zero percent interest by law.
    3. Having a home was considered a human right in Libya.
    4. All newlyweds in Libya used to receive 60,000 dinars (£34,470) by the government to buy their first apartment, to help start up the family.
    5. Education and medical treatments were free in Libya. Before Gaddafi only 25 percent of Libyans were literate. Today, the figure is 83%.
    6. If Libyans wanted to take up a farming career, they would have received farming land, a farming house, equipment, seeds and livestock to kickstart their farms... all for free.
    7. If Libyans could not find the education or medical facilities they needed, the government funded them to go abroad. For it was not only paid for, but they got a £1585/month for accommodation and car allowance.
    8. If a Libyan bought a car, the government used to subsidize 50 percent of the price.
    9. The price of petrol in Libya was £0.09 per litre. NINE PENCE!!!!!
    10. Libya had no external debt and its reserves amounted to £103 billion -which are now frozen globally.
    11. If a Libyan was unable to get employment after graduation, the state would pay the average salary of the profession, as if he or she was employed, until employment was found.
    12. A portion of every Libyan oil sale was credited directly to the bank accounts of all Libyan citizens.
    13. A mother who gave birth to a child received £3447.
    14. 40 loaves of bread in Libya used to cost £0.10. TEN PENCE!!!
    15. 25 percent of Libyans now have a university degree.
    16. Gaddafi carried out the world's largest irrigation project, known as the Great Manmade River project, to make water readily available throughout the desert country.
Gaddafi wrote, “They want to do to Libya what they did to Iraq and what they are itching to do to Iran. They want to take back the oil, which was nationalized by these country’s revolutions. They want to re-establish military bases that were shut down by the revolutions and to install client regimes that will subordinate the country’s wealth and labor to imperialist corporate interests. Of course, I had many Libyan classmates while I was a student and they all came on scholarhip to study at the university in 2010-2011. Unfortunately, they had no country to go back after completion of their degrees because that was in 2011 when some terrorist countries aligned together to destroy their beloved country just to steal their oils.

Honestly, if there were a Federation of Technologically advanced Galaxy spanning civilizations, I wouldn't blame them for wanting nothing to do with US. We're aware of the damage we're doing to our own planet's environment and do little to nothing to research and implement ways and technologies to stop it's progression, with some going as far as to flat out deny the scientific facts because we just can't stop pumping dead dinosaur juice out of the ground and burning it. We fight over the dumbest of issues, we fail to work together as a species to deal with the real problems facing humanity like disease, hunger, overpopulation, climate change, pollution of the environment affecting the air we breathe and water we drink and people just prefer to remain blissfully ignorant... I think the pandemic is just really starting to wear on me because I'm just done with the stupidly, the people that refuse to wear masks and stay in, saying to try an slow the spread leading to 3,000 people dying each day is somehow an infringement upon their freedoms because God forbid they make any personal sacrifices for the greater good for their fellow man or the conspiracy theory bs already coming out about the Vaccines and the inevitable hordes of idiots who claim something stupid like that there are trackers being put in the vaccine, having no understanding of how Technically that would be impossible Technologically and not seeing the irony in the fact that they already carry a phone around with them at all times with a GPS in it... Ugg I'm just so done with stupidity and selfishness.

@@goodpost7506 No, he's not. Because I don't remember going to his house and holding a gun to his a head saying he must read this, nor do I remember addressing him or you in my post. A post in which I address the fact that not only am I sick of the stupidity and selfishness of certain people affecting me and other people in terms of having to still deal with idiots that still refuse to wear masks in public places to help lower the infection rate of covid-19 that is killing a 9/11s worth of people in the US every day, and that clearly have no regard for the health and safety of anyone other than themselves, let alone those around them as they can't even endure the slightest of inconvenience of wearing a mask for 30 minutes out of the day while front line healthcare workers have to wear them all day as they try to save the lives of as many people as possible as they have to bear witness to one of the worst mass casualty events in US history , and that it was starting to have an effect on my mental health. I also said, partially sarcastically, that I could understand why an advanced federation of Galaxy spanning civilizations would want to steer clear of making contact with a species that can't even come together to meet a common goal of addressing any of the problems facing the world right now and people's willingness to stick their head in the sand and just ignore the problems, rather than recognize their existence or do anything about it, and his response was to tell me to "shut the fuck up" because he disagreed with what I was saying. Well the eighth likes on the comment and the people that made them would likely disagree with you, and telling someone you disagree with to "shut the fuck up" is childish and rude. Go check what gaddafi did to libya and i guarantee you not even 1 western leader accomplished what gaddaffi accomplished. Libya is in top 10 oil supply in the world even if the price fell down so what? Before the western intervension in libya the country external debt was 0 can you name me any other country which had 0 external debt??? And it was one of the few countries which its central bank wasnt controlled by the rothschild family including iraq, iran, cuba and one more. After the dirty western armies invaded iraq they took control of their central bank and libyas central bank aswell. The only reason france, usa, ect bombed libya is because gaddafi didnt submit to their rule and agenda. He wanted a unified africa ask any african. He cared for his people go look at what he said during the un general assembly he he was a lion among rats and snakes. Only saddam hussein was in not better better. Look at iran even with all the sanctions against it its still doing good, if it wasnt for the sanctions it would be in top 10 economies of the world. But its okay god is watching and god is the greatest of planners, now the west is crying why there are so mamy refugees in their country, well, if you kept ur asses away from the arab nations you woupdnt he in the situation u are now filled with refugees. Italy is crying to libya and paying it tens of millions of euros just to stop refugees entering europe.
