- Join me on this in depth full sailboat tour. As I do a complete walk through of this beautiful 40' Beneteau Oceanis center cockpit sloop rigged monohull sailboat. And then stay tuned for a very personal look at the incredible hospitality the sailing community is soo used to.
Pamir & Gulnur have been sailing for the past two years. Setting sail all the way from Turkey, through the Mediterranean, nearly a month at sea across the Atlantic ocean till they reached the paradise of the Caribbean. That's where I met them one afternoon in the anchorage and they immediately invited us to come back for some Turkish coffee the next morning.
This video is a great look not only at a beautiful and highly functional sailboat. But at the warmth and kindness of the sailing community. Something I've personally come to cherish greatly. So be sure to stay tuned until the end.

Beautiful boat however I like your boat better adventure man Dan because I like the way you set up your boat with the solar panels providing shade and then also how the solar panels are hanging off those aluminum things that's and then I also like the way you have the wood boards app and then the pads above that near the cockpit I like your boat better you're an amazing designer thanks for the amazing videos there inspirational to watch and God bless you and maybe you have safe travels you and your loved ones

I only have to pick which used Beneateau I want. By the time I need one, there should be nice used ones available. Oceanis 38.1 or a 40 Center cockpit. Tough calls all the way around.

I'm getting a lot of value listening to your videos which will help me when I finish building my next boat. I'm about to order the plans to build a Cyber 48 and plan on starting the build next year once the economy improves. Looking forward to seeing you out on the water.

These boats would be absolutely incredible if they only had an encapsulated keel and skeg hung rudders. It's truly saddening because they are incredible boats otherwise. I just can't do a blue water boat without those must have safety designs.

Even though they are called CE approved blue water boats, many of the new structures are not practically blue water boats and they have major security vulnerabilities (especially rudder design/structures).
