I clammed at Pismo in the 1970's while being a student at Cal Poly. It was fun and I made my own beer battered clam strips.

If there were more of Fish and Game presence on weekends while the Uneducated and Unlicensed out of towner's were there. Clams would have never disappeared in the first place. Last year alone while fishing I was only asked once by Fish and Game to see my license.

no it's fine, they live in deeper water too 30 ft or so.
