All the myhome projects are extremely overpriced, this one in particular is far away from city near ORR exit 2, and that too near a railway track, sound pollution will be crazy.

My wife n 5yr daughter got scared bcz of the location in night you won’t even see people on roads n forget about cab’s n autos coming to this location. It may take another 5-10yrs to merge with city
