First question is will they deliver atleast by 2030? Do they have experience in building high rise of this scale ? Is the court case cleared ? So lot of uncertainty. On top of it they are struggling to sell as per reports . Very risky it seems

I think they are paying yourubers for marketing. No social infra there it will take 2030 or more to complete for sure. Unnecessary expensive

Once Refer Primark Northwave project.. It's available in reasonable price 1st phase will handover by 2026 and 2nd phase by 2028

There was a court case on its land …Is the court case resolved ?

Court case was resolved long back , they got RERA and RERA certificate shows no litigation

Court case was on land and not the builder. Such cases are common and if it is resolved, it shouldn’t be a problem. Yes, for people who are not willing to take risk, it may not be a suitable option as we haven’t seen any projects from them yet. In my opinion, court case shouldn’t be a point of concern anymore.
