After a quick stop at Pembree for pedals and a beard touch up, we headed to the Queen Elizabeth Country Park to see if mountain bikes without engines were as bad as I remember.

they actually still use a pump up system to line American football helmets.
Always did wonder why someone didn't put one into an MTB helmet.
They use a football pump valve to adjust it rather than a Reebok pump style thing though.
It could be replaceable/repairable too in case it gets punctured

Started MTB last year on a e-bike! Now I got an analog bike too. I ride the normal bike with friends but mid week rides yea the e-bike!
I remember my first ride on a human aspirated bike 😂 after being on my ebike for many months. It sucked so bad. It’s amazing how you get hooked when you ride an ebike. I am in the process of building a carbon regular bike to ride with my non ebike friends.

Your right, you should keep riding the trad bike. Cos when your 64 years old with atrial fibrillation and a bunch of other stuff, you will really appreciate the motor.
