Lilly is an absolute jewel. She is definitely an asset to our viewing pleasure.
Your daughter on the video ,just reminds me when my daughters were young and we used to go on "Dads Adventures". On the trials camping and fishing. I nearly shed a tear. its great being a Dad.
Off road genius, bad ass dad and all around good man.
"Half a mile, should go smooth.." you're a brave man using those words... What could possibly go wrong 😂😂
Lilly is a great camera person and gives you very good advice on how to make everybody happy with her SMILE!
It is always nice to have the little helper!
We love to see you upload at night a lot of times we wake up and go to you tube to look for your videos we binge watch and lilly is getting the best education ever, she will grow up fearing nothing and full of self confidence, rough and tumble is the way to go keep up the great work, from the desert Southwest in Yuma👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Those birthday people will have a story to tell, and Lilly is a good little photographer. Good stuff thanks for taking us along.
You got your best co pilot and camera lady. I enjoy these videos very much.
Lilly's laugh is priceless! Keep making memories!
The little gal with the camera did great, thank y'all 👍
Your kid is tough as a rock… I was nervous for you just a minute,” because I would if it were me”, but, the kid, having a blast..! Way to bring the human element to your channel… I’m new, only a couple months now… love the new content, watching a bit of the older content as well… keep it up.. 👍👍
Love your channel and Lilly is just a super girl!
Love the unique camera perspective that Lilly brings to filming! She does a great job!
I am so glad I found your channel as well as Paul's, Matt's, Robby's and Holly's just to name a few. I love and respect the time, effort and work all of you put in to keep us entertained as well as teach us a few things along the way.
Rory this was a fun video seeing different jobs. When Lilly quietly asked if you could still make it up when you forgot to lock in the hubs was priceless. I always enjoy seeing her in your videos. The way you figure out creative ways to get things done I always admire. the ending where everyone sang Happy birthday to the lady I really liked. Keep up the great work
Another great recovery Rory and your delightful side kick Lilly. Always fun to watch.
I truly enjoy watching your video’s Rory. Most people don’t realize how much time goes into the editing of the video, and then using CZcams Studios submission tools, you need to wait for that tool to process all the various versions that are needed before they will allow it to go public. You don’t seem to have much background music to worry about copyright © issues, which is good…. Your videos over all the Moab recoveries during Easter Jeep Safari have been awesome to watch. I admire the fact that you could be out riding in the various groups, but are staying true to recovery during what is probably the busiest time of the year for Moab. It’s also great that you share your family with us out here in viewer land. I look each day for a new video, and for the last few weeks you have been delivering at about that frequency…. Thank You my Friend…
Lilli is a cutie. She will be making recoveries before you know what happened.
That trailer is a work of art.
It's a really great experience for your daughter coming with dad to work, wheeling and getting to see the beauty of our natural world. Experiences she will remember her whole life.
Lilly is super adorable and she definitely has her daddy's back!!! She ALWAYS does an amazing job filming, much better than you Rory haha! The part when you realized that you had forgotten to lock the hubs and the interaction the both of you had, was pure gold!!! I loved that she felt it necessary to whisper to you, almost like she didn't want anyone to hear that she was maybe just a little bit, concerned about her dad's ability to get out of the blunder, that he caused or she probably just didn't want you to be embarrassed haha, which is super cute LoL! You guys make a great team!
Rory as usual another awesome recovery many of them actually and Lilly is taking all the information in that one day it will be Lilly out there doing the recoveries she is doing great at filming its so awesome to see you and Lilly having farther and daughter time this is what makes memories keep up the awesome content and looking forward to seeing your next video so as always be safe 👍
When ever I am feeling down, I watch any of Rory’s videos and I feel good again! Thank you Rory!!!
Lilly is a real cutie Rory she lights uo the surrounds with her infectious laugh and gives dad a hard time. More of her please mate a new dimension in recovery vlogs. Bushyboy Oz.
Another great video Rory .And if I may?. Thank you miss lily for keeping silly daddy safe. It's clear to see Razors, and jeeps would litter this land if not for great people like you sir!.👏
Enjoyed your postings again Rory. Good job helping those Jeep owners…
Love when you take Lilly you can tell she loves her daddy & enjoys her quality time. Hay atleast it wasn't cliffhanger trail. But then again its not a novice trail. Last razor to funny took the escalator trail & didn't know about the pit from hell! As always RORY love your videos & TRAILMATER . My prayers are with you and your family & freinds. Alot of people had alot of Easter trail videos 👍
I want a diamond bill rockpecker T-shirt If they become available.
The grandfather in me enjoys having Lilly in your videos.
Cherish every moment you have w/ your daughter... I lost mine 3 yrs ago on May 21st to cancer... She always said "faster , Faster Daddy"... I will always cherish those moments . Many Blessings Brother... SMR
Great vlog Rory. Filming by different ppl gave a good perspective, BUT, Lily nailed it. Great Job Lily. Fun one. Enjoy
Your Daughter and you are Awesome at Filming the great work yall do!!!
The dear kid. You two are awesome.
The video editing on this one is much better IMO. Great job continuously progressing your skills!
Don't ever change who you are because you are the real deal. It is so pleasant to watch someone so humble and down to earth as you. You are the kind of person that I would rather be around . Thank you for your videos and hope there are a lot more coming
So fun being able to see the trails and fun happening from afar!
It was enjoyable to have Lily along. Please bring her more!
SXS only needed 3 wheels. Awesome recoveries
I love Lily's camera work. Lemon squeeze
LOL I like when she whispered "can we still get up" when you stalled on the hill.
That was great Rory .. posting the Birthday sing-along 🤜💥🤛
Cheers 🥂
Great to see Lilly there to keep Dad in line LOL. Another great vid Rory
Lily literally is fun. You should take her as much as possible. Good show
Great adventure clip Rory, look forward to more.👍🏼
I am so enjoying watching Lilly grow up.
Love your co-pilot Rory! That's great when she can come with you and enjoy the sights and action you always have in your rescues.
Crushing it Rory! You always make it look so much easier than it really is. Your situational awareness is off the charts.
Lilly is a natural behind the camera, great job!
Great filming, Lily! Thank you for showing us all the pretty scenery.
Lilly's Silly Dad is truly a blessed man.
Trail mater is just a beast! Love watching it and Rory work. What an awesome team.
Always fun when Lilly is along! She's a good videographer :)
All these wrecks.... but what a Cutie Pie of a helper you got!
Lilly is now my favorite off-road sidekick. She needs her own line of hats like Lizzy. So many Side-By-Sides! Those rental agencies must hate seeing you drive in.
Excellent... Lily is very good with the camera. Roy you are an excellent driver probably one of the best trail repair recovery people on earth. Obviously Roy you're a great dad. Thank you for sharing this experience with your daughter. Her smile made me happy. I don't think I'm the only one.✌❤🙂
Good seeing Lilly your sidekick with you again. If I was rolling in a sxs I'd spend some cash on stronger parts before I took it out. Those jeeps can use some parts help as well. It's sad that when you hear what vehicle is broken you usually know what broke and have seen it before. Oops... hubs. Awesome work as usual.
Watching you load the side by side with the fellows hanging off the side reminded me of a story a friend of mine told me years ago. Gordy had hired on as a welding apprentice at a local structural steel shop. The shop had a piece of equipment know as a "Bull Moose" which was a fixed boom type of crane and they used it for moving pieces of work in and out of the shop.
One day they were trying to move a piece out and it was just a little too heavy for the Bull Moose and the front end kept lifting up so the operator had no steering. There was a call that came over the shop public address system that said simply, "Counter weight, counter weight, counter weight."
Gordy thought it was a rather strange call and then he noticed a few fellows had abandoned their work and were walking towards the Bull Moose. The foreman came along and looked at Gordy and said, "You're a big fellow. You come with me." So Gordy quit welding and followed the foreman who showed him how they had a step mounted on the front of the machine along with a rail with a bunch of handles welded to it. He showed Gordy how to mount up, hang on for dear life, and lean out as far as possible and while the operator gave it another try. The load went out no problem and when it was placed in the yard they all went back to work.
Turns out they had been doing this for years and everyone in the shop knew what the "counter weight" call was all about. Ten guys at 200 plus pounds each equals one ton so it seemed logical to them.
If you tried to do that today you would have so many Government agencies breathing down your neck that you would be buried in paperwork for the next ten years. Kind of makes you wonder how the hell we ever got anything done without computers, cell phones, and PPE doesn't it............ Now workplace safety is a good thing in my eyes and I do support it as much as possible. It has saved quite a few lives over the years along with busted limbs and a lot less blood shed. But there comes a point in time where the folks running safety have never worked in the field, lost their common sense if they ever had any, and everything they know comes out of a book. Many of their rules and regulations are counterproductive and just don't make any sense. Their rules are made so they can fill in the box on the form without any trouble. May times Work Place Safety is just there to save the company from getting sued for negligence and they really don't give a damn about the guys. It's one of the reasons that so many jobs move to places like China and India.
But the moral of this story is simple. "The world of today was built by people who were just smart enough to be counter weights when it came to getting things done." That's why I like this channel over the others. It makes sense, nobody dies, and they get the work done.
Another great video.
Your explanations and descriptions of the problems and your solutions are a resource to be treasured.
I know idiots like me always asking advice on what works and what doesn’t must drive you up the wall, and you don’t make money for all the valuable teaching you do.
Oh, great camera person, look after that one.
Rory, as a dad of two boys and two girls (all in their twenties) I really appreciate how you dote on Lilly. She loves her daddy.
Great co-pilot and camera daughter.
No better life experiences and working knowledge, she'll be set for life as an adult.
Enjoy your videos Rory. Thank you.
Lilly to the rescue. She is a beautiful child with 100% confidence in her dad.
Amazing camera work on the last recovery. It really showed how steep it was.
And I want to put Lily in for a pay raise, she did a great job.
I love your videos and your whole mode of operation. But from one McGiver to anouther i'd like to see a lot more detail of the trail side repairs. Keep 'em comin'- Thanks: Jack in Mexico
Sir you are a Artist, the tow truck is a BEAST 👹
And now, another episode of "RORY and TrailMater Save the Day" featuring awesome camera work by Lillie!!🎬📽
Truely enjoy your adventures, Rory....and watching Lillie having fun out with her Dad is just icing on the cake..we can tell you're very proud of her!!

Great job Lily with your camera work. I'm sure your dad is very proud of you. You are an amazing kid. Your dad works very hard to make sure that he can help you become anything you want to be.
Lilly’s laughing at the 10:27 mark is awesome! You’re doing some world class dadding my man!
The good thing about jeeps m8.they keep you in work.
I must say your film lady had some perfect commentary loading that second side by side up lol those will be some of the best memories she’ll have for a life time! Loving the content it just keeps getting better and better !
I see a passing of the torch ! One day father and daughter/Mater recovery. Can't wait. I specially like this video for the family together enjoying the outdoors, great customers that day !
Thanks for the new video, Rory!
You have the best job ever. Working in the most Incredible scenery. A chance to teach your daughter valuable trail recovery skills...(always useful in later life), and the chance to meet great people. Thanks for sharing.
lovin you bringing the daughter out... so RAD.. not only are you beyond knowledgeable on trails and trail fixes... You're a good dude that's for sure!!!
Lily is a wonderful daughter and a smooth camera person.
Thanks for the video Lilly, we'll done, looked great.
I think Lily did an extra awesome job as the cam girl. She should be hired full time!!
I enjoyed the ending where everyone sang Happy Birthday!
Even a "through together" video is better than most other channels' major productions. Always love your videos for all of the information you share about trail riding and rock crawling. Not to mention trail fixing.
Edit to add: And as always, love me some Trail Mater!
Another great video. Thank enjoy watching the rescues.
Rory, you are really getting the hang of this YT’er thing. You’re coming along fine buddy.
Great to see you “employing” good help, it’s truly hard to find these days. The best part is the Lilly is learning from the best, from her dad.
I have a well-bent radius rod leaning in the corner of my living room to remind me of what a Rzr can't do. That rendition of Happy Birthday was as lame as my family's versions. I feel right at home here. Thanks for sharing Rory.
That's awesome seeing Lilly out there keeping old 'Pops' in line! I saw Trail Mater made the cover of the July issue of Four Wheeler magazine. Way to go, Rory!
Definitely enjoy the chuckles, & everything else too, of course! Thanx !
Great video. Little Princess is going to be a famous photographer when she grows up. She is pretty good already with
filming her dad. You are a good dad. Happy birthday to the lady celebrating her birthday. You made it more special. 🎉🎉
👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🏆🏆🏆🏆. For Lilly 🏆 # 1 in filming 🌟
Take it from an old guy Rory, these days spent with your daughter are the absolute best days of your life, guarantee you will remember every one of them
Fun recoveries with Lillie and Rory!
Great to see your daughter on the trails with dad again!!
Like 👍 the new mirrors 😂.
Thanks for sharing the trips!!
Lily loves her time with daddy, reminds me of my youngest daughter, wherever I go out when I'm home I have a shadow about the same size as your shadow.
It's great to see your awesome co-pilot helping out, and a lot of help she is I'm sure! I agree with her that you make it look easy peesy. Thanks for the beautiful scenery and recovery action that makes your videos so interesting.
love you including bonehead mistake, simple stuff we all forget to do, lol, so easy to do, but I see your having the time of our life with your daughter out there playing, keep up the great videos
Hi Rory, I am pleased to meet the prettiest assistant. She looks so much like my little Swedish granddaughter. Nice video as well.
Great video Rory excellent recoveries. Fantastic camera work from Lillie, it's awesome your getting some Father Daughter time. Keep up the great work. 👍
I look forward to the day when Lilly possibly drives her own Trail Mater. 🙃
👍👍👍 me too
Your Daughter must have some stories to tell at school, what did you do this weekend? Oh me Dad and Mater drove up a mountain, saved some people who were stuck hanging off a cliff, other little kids, Played a stupid Baseball game 😆
Teachers asking me to say what kind of exciting things took place on my weekend second grade 1962. Family friends had a 72 ft steel hull schooner we went sailing, returning to the harbor I saw something in front of us it seemed to be very strange I can see water boiling or something was rising up to the surface and out of the water, about 30 ft into the air was this round ball when it landed back in the water that's spines sticking out of the sides of it. I ran up to my father got his attention; he was talking with friends and pointed at the round object with the spines on it and said dad what is that it just popped up out of the water he took one look said something I can't repeat his face turning white ran back to the helm station in the back of the vessel and told the owner of the you needed to change course because mine just popped up out of the water. This was the island of Guam where my father had served in World War II and in the Korean War. Altered course when in port tied up they reported the to the Navy. I repeated this all in my classroom🙄🙄🙄🙄 the teacher told me to sit down and shut up and stop making up stories. Later that day at lunch hours she spoke with my mother and said I had too great of imagination. My mother said:Yeah it's true I was there also. My mother taught school in the same building. The Navy sent out a patrol boat and the shot at a few times with .50 cals
and blew it up. The story made the papers by Wednesday. Almost forgot the most important part it was a Japanese underwater mine not America.
@@orangepickel2 Great story 👏 I would bet that teacher felt pretty stupid after she found out it was true, I'm a Electrician and I was trained by a WW2 Navy Tail Gunner, It was on the aircraft Carrier USS lake Champlain, Manny Amodio , Tough as Nails they were, they don't make em like that anymore! Manny was in his late 80s, smoked 🚬 drank and loved the Ladies! My father was stationed in Panama during the Cuban Missle Crisis, People just ain't Tough like that anymore, Manny and My Dad grew up on the Mean Streets of Brooklyn NY, Me too, these kids today are weak and Winnie, but our Father's were Men and took care of business! Miss my Father, I'm sure you miss Yours , Rory is one of them, Tough and TCB 24/7 365! Let's hear it for the Dads ! And to bad they would let you bring the Mine in for Show and Tell 😆 These days a kid tells that story, Full Lockdown ! What a world we live in now, I'm not old ( Born in 1975 , 47 ) but but I remember real people and I miss Tough People, Ain't to many left brother! Dying Breed
Well I really don't think that I would have been allowed to bring the 10-ft diameter magnetic mine to school but might interest you that Navy EOD used to bring mortar shells phosphorus grenades (white phosphorus when exposed to air is self ignighting sticky many a soldier has severe burn scars) to our elementary/ Jr high classes and explain to us kids that we were not supposed to be playing with any munitions that we found out in the jungles of the island or to the school for show n tell.
But I can tell you that we demilitarized a Japanese version of the Bren machine gun my brother had a 7.7 Japanese rifle he found both of them in a cave out in the jungles of Guam as well as a few skeletons early 1950's. Both of those weapon were in my family house in Idaho. This of course was long before the 68 gun control act was ever created. Were stolen by the neighbor kids when they broke into the house when we were out on the island of Guam. Would you like to hear the story about how I heard a toad inside of a smooth round Rock and it turned out to be the skull of a Japanese soldier skeleton buried next to a small spring on a hiking trip one day?
Yes, most definitely! We'd be happy to hear your stories.
Glad your mother backed you up on your "tall tale"! 🙂
@@orangepickel2 Would love to hear it
It's nice when customers want to help ,it also sucks when customers want to help.remember you called a professional for a reason. When I first started in hvac industry I was a helper on a furnace install and the customer was retired and use to install furnaces in his younger days and kept wanting to help but he obviously had dementia I was trying to be kind so i gave him something he could do without being in the way.
Another awesome vid Rory. Some of these people dont realise how lucky they are that u r about. Would like to see a harness on that little angel of yours. Its only a matter of time before you have to make a mini-mater to keep the legend going. Cheers from way down under.
Love it! Kids are so fun at that age - my oldest turns 29 today.
Great fun this video, little bit of everything in it. Thanks for putting it all together.
Thanks for the ride along all the country to view
Great job on this video. Lily is an amazing commentator, she tells it like it is.
