It's cool seeing some of my Game Genie codes in this video (like the red God Axe and never losing the whip upgrades). 😋
I still have a few more codes that I'd like to create, so maybe I will return to this project soon. I want to create one that prevents collection of subweapons (so that you will never lose the God Axe) and maybe one that makes hearts become your life energy...or something like that. Great video!! 👍
Note: there is also the abikity to have the screen-clearing Rosary as a weapon, though it can be glitchy. Pretty fun stuff!

(I'm not sure if there are existing codes for these effects...my bad if these aren't unique!)
*Don't pick up sub-weapons:*
*SUUVINSE*
{this is perfect if you use the Red God Axe code, or any other sub-weapon code and don't want to lose them by picking up another sub-weapon}
The counterpart to this code is:
*SXUTLYSA*
{don't lose double/triple shot on (attempted) weapon pickup}
Basically, if you use the first code you will lose your double shot, etc. if you collect a weapon, even though the first code prevents you from collecting it.
The Red God Axe doesn't 'support' collecting shot upgrades, so one of it's two codes force it on game start. The above code helps a lot with it...in short, just use this counterpart code if you can to preserve your (forced) weapon and shot upgrades! 😋
I created codes to start with every weapon, even the screen-clearing Rosary...normally a dropped temporary item; but it's another hidden sub-weapon along with the God Axe! The above two codes make them even better!

Work on your video editing so that we can actually see the Game Genie codes on screen. Most of them disappear before the last letter appears.
@@mchenrynick cheers for the feedback! I show them as I say them so people can still see the game play. So seeing them on screen, me saying them and then also leaving a link to all the codes seemed like enough for me. If people want I can leave them on screen longer though! Thanks for your suggestion!

Nice one, although can you tell me how the "+" codes work when entering in the game genie emulator? do i need to put one code one after the other or i need to insert a +?
Just put in one code then the other one! No need for a + or anything they are just 2 line codes! Have fun my friend!
