The backing vocals are similar to the way they backed her on Empty Daydream except Midori didn't sing on Empty Daydream she does on this song but Miyako and Miho harmonize quite well

This song is from their first album in 2017 "Awakening from Abyss".
What every reactor seems to miss is that while Miyako is playing that piano solo, Midori is harmonising the same notes on the guitar. Just like they normally do when they both play guitar in other songs. bought this cd late in 2017 only having heard 'don't bite the dust' -their first video release - and 'shadowmaker' that came out a couple of months later. perhaps thinking at the time that those may be the best 2 songs on 'awakening'. was i ever wrong. every song seemed to get better as the cd went along. one of the best on the cd imo is 'warning shot' which never got a video or any reactions. it is on you tube for you to listen to and you should !

Awake Again: Live From the Abyss is what this version of "Burden of Time" comes from. Japan was severely restricted thanks to the pandemic, so the ladies got together and performed their first album in its entirety in the studio for its third anniversary. There's also a fantastic cover of Helloween's "Eagle Fly Free" included as a bonus track. Unfortunately, their record label only released this show in extremely limited quantities, right around the time I discovered them, so good luck finding a physical copy. I have it in digital form because someone in another video posted a link to their upload of it, so I snagged it before the copyright police could show up. Oh, and the ladies do play this song live on Battle in the East, and Miyako plays both instruments there, too.

This studio recording of "Burden Of Time" is part of a full live concert that LOVEBITES performed on October 25, 2020. This concert was given in honor of the third anniversary of the release of the first album LOVEBITES "Awakening from Abyss" (which was released on October 25, 2017 in Japan).
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, they could not perform as usual in the concert hall. Therefore, the entire concert, which was released later on DVD / Blue ray called "Awake Again - Live from Abyss", was given in the studio and broadcast live! At the concert from the studio, LOVEBITES performed in the same order all the songs from the album "Awakening from Abyss" plus the song "Eagle Fly free" (HELLOWEEN cover). This is an ordinary live concert, only the audience is not in the hall, but watching its broadcast live on the air.
