Must it be Alpha Spinda or just normal HA spinda ? I have seen a lot people using Alpha Spinda not sure why.

@@ISnyut alphas usually already have better stats and come with the hidden ability. It’s easier to use an alpha spines than to go out and find a normal spinda with a hidden ability.
