Yeah I love all the new attacks and enemy types we will have now legit was one of my only complaints about botw also I hope we get a better final boss which from the looks of some of the other bosses I think we will

Frame rate seems more stable than breath of the wild
@@snesmocha Breath of the Wild always had stable framerate for me, except in Korok Forest. I'm on Switch 2.0
The only thing I know is that the lightning on this game is wayyy better.

@@snesmocha nah frame rate is probably slightly worse but not enough for it to be noticeable, this is really pushing the limits of the switch

i don’t think so. the developers said the idea for rain-slipping was that players will have to pause and think about other ways to reach their goal, and honestly, it seems like these other ways of getting places now exist so i wouldn’t be too surprised if rain slipping was still a thing

Has anyone noticed that there is some kind of gunk on all regular steel weapons...not just the rusty ones anymore. Soldiers spear, travelers claymore...they all have some kind of gunk on the blades...

@@kc1072 No it's not. I'm not talking about the green glue. Look at the regular unfused Soldier's Broadsword, Traveler's Claymore, Soldier's Spear....none of them are fused and they all have some kind of gunk on the blades.
@@boosiewoosie9215 I believe it to be malice. It looks similar to the rust in the Master Sword in botw, which was confirmed to be malice.
@@b.williams2048 yea botws master sword wasn't literally covered with malice like in totk which is probably why it only looked rusted in botw. To support your statement you can see in totk the master swords blade is riddled with holes and is the same black texture. However does this mean there will be certain weapons with this effect on them, or all rust will get replaced with this effect? I hope it's just set to certain weapons and not all.
I think those corroded weapons are intended to be fused to restore their durability, and they'll break in a few hits if you don't fuse them.
And people said genshin's graphic is too high for switch to handle. Dude this looks better than genshin.

I am curious as to the mini map icon in the ability selection wheel is for, does minus no longer open the map, instead you use that?

Nope the sheikah slate is still there, so you use that for the map

@@imarg1128 Previously seeing enemies' health was an ability used by looking at enemies with the pin camera, but they put it on the tunic instead. If it's in this game then they might have made it a passive ability (constantly active) or done something else to make it more usable without having to wear specific armor
One thing I'm hoping for is more building items that we haven't been shown. Like what we've seen so far is cool but not enough for a main mechanic. Im hopeful for more emmiters and stuff like that.

It will have the same layout as botw. However its likely that we see new locations and the areas beeing a bit different. In addition we are getting to play underground and in the sky :)

5:59 is the slide a new animation or am I crazy? Link used to always snap to a his normal grip against walls right without showing struggle to catch the grip?

@@Rohgamu mmm I don’t ever recall link having the same animation as shown. I’m not talking about the slip animation when it’s raining. This clip shows that the player attempts to get Link to land on the climb-able wall, but it suggests he doesn’t get there right away and could effectively not catch his grip and therefore fall
Oh yeah that happens when you sprint and jump onto a wall
It also happens when you jump on A wall at a sharp angle

If someone is wondering what the purple ultra hand ability does it lets you make blueprints from constructions for later use.

The combat still looks too easy. And with all the new addition I think it will be alot easier than the previous one.
Yeah. It's understandable since it's not the focus of the game, but still a little disappointing. Guess I'll be doing a 3-heart run again.

You know we haven't seen much of this game and that they built the combat around these mechanics. Flame Gleeok and many enemies we haven't seen yet will soon make you cry

@@royolaniye6643did you forget that Botw became braindead easy after you leave the Great Plateau? enemies leveling up meant nothing because of how many OP weapons you could find in the game, if anything, the beginning of the game was the hardest part

But if you can't see the difference between this game and BOTW after seeing all the trailers, gameplay, etc., then it sounds like your problem is something along the lines of ret*rded.

They're not going to show the challenging stuff in a demo. It was set up to be easy so that the lucky one who got to go play could learn the new mechanics and talk about how easy and cool to get started it is
This is literally the beginning of the game. RIght after obtaining your main few abilities and leaving the tutorial island.
Most kids today overuse and don't know what the word "literally" means or stands for.

do you know how hard it is to actually making the ultrahand ability like being able to fuse anything with anything in the world is ultra hard to do and doing it while not breaking the game on a game that massive is a feat. Also I'm pretty sure we havent seen anything of this game yet

As far as I'm concerned it only entered development in 2019, so 4 years of development is more accurate. But assuming you're not just saying that to spark controversy, it's best to wait until the game comes out to ask questions like that, considering they only allowed journalists to play in a small percentage of the map and without anything remotely related to the story. That'd be like judging a movie before it even comes out. Of course don't buy the game until reviews from both journalists and regular players come out in order to save your money in case this is all that's new, but i seriously doubt this is everything.
