i love how helpful and direct you are. I don’t even comment on youtube usually but I genuinely feel a little more centered after watching two videos and motivated to improve in practical ways. Like today. Blessings!
The marketing and sales point really resonated with me, i'm confident with the ideas that I come up with and they are usually received well, but the delivery and initial pitch can often be very hit and miss, definitely one to work on.
Really agree on the sales. Currently in a role where I get to learn a lot and fully taking advantage of it. Watched your channel on and off for years and last few weeks I was watching you a lot and really like your perspective on developing skills instead of just advertising the stock market. Made me think about what skills I need to work on to get the best chance of a higher income career.

Did you have any resources you liked for improving your Sales & Marketing knowledge? (Books, courses, etc.) Or was it mostly from mentoring?
Pure gold. I am slowly learning all these steps, but like you say, it takes time. I use Jira for project management, it has a free tier which still allows me to do everything I need.

I am trying to rebrand myself. Currently, I believe individuals see me as quiet, dry humor, and relaxed. While some may argue that those are good traits to have, I would like to focus on being more passionate, persistent, and performance-driven. I am not sure how long it will take to shift one's idea about me, but I am willing to do whatever is necessary to win.

Had a feeling Notion was coming when you started on that point. It's been a revelation for me over the past few years and I'm always looking to enhance it so I really like the example you shared.

@@user-yy5kx9mp5o the main view is a Kanban Board so you could search that, it's a handy way to manage projects. One thing I'd say about Notion is it takes a while to configure for your tastes, if you try and and add a template with too much it can be overwhelming.
there ia a sense of the cheerleader aspect quite a bit - an enthusiasm to push others to success with no pretense of personal gain...quite refreshing nischa

I would add a networking to this list. Once you have a personal brand you want to make sure to spread the word about what you or your business has to offer. It can create so many opportunities and be a marketing chanel in itself
