      Thank you so much, DJI Support. I have so many DJI products and I only had one problem with Osmo Gimbal and this was also resolved using your support about 3 years ago. Thanks once again for your support.

      This is good news. I'm waiting for B&H to restock the OP3 so I can get one. Seeing this good experience with DJI lets me know that if I need their support, I can count on them for good customer service.

      I had problem with my drone once and my gimbal once before. I contacted DJI Support and they were quite helpful. I would strongly recommend to contact DJI support if you need any help.
