112K on my 435. Running strong with FBO S2. Just regular maintenance so far. Spark plugs. Water pump. All is well!
112k mi on 2016 built N55 (with MPPK retrofitted) with only a water pump and thermostat that failed. Valve cover and gasket to be replaced soon as I noticed some sweating. Beside that oil changes every 5k, spark plugs every 50k and belt done at 100k
My 435i is just about to hit 80k I’m hoping to get to at least 200k

I live in AZ and the water content in the brake fluid never reads high due to low humidity. I still change the brake fluid every 2 years to keep my car running top notch.

The Motive Power Bleeder works perfectly. I use it on my BMW and Porsche and it is amazing. It is worth the $60 for the pump. Throw in a extractor and catch bottle for another $40 and never pay to have your brakes bled again. You do need to have all 4 wheels off the ground at once though.

My 435i has 126k miles it’s been good for me I’ve had it since 90k

My n55 is at 80k been fbo and tuned since about 55k and I’ve had the same issues just maintenance and valve cover leaking and a new thermostat n lines
Love my 435 I’ve had it for three years the only thing that broke is the water pump… watch out for that around 80k miles.

My water pump started to fail at 40k but didnt completely fail until 80k. Strangely it failed "safely" which rather than stopping completely it kept running non-stop after the engine was shut off running off the battery which completely depleted battery to the point no doors would open . The only fix was to replace it, I suspected it became shorted out. I went for the full aluminum Pierburg one.
hi im getting a 435i with 23k mileage and its a 2014 which is quite mad, what should i get serviced first?? it had a service in october 2023
Should i buy a f15 x5 35i ? Or any bmw with this engine? Is the n55 reliable? And it's true that the 2014+ models n55 are more reliable than 2011-2013 ?

A little high. How many miles you drive each year? I got mine with 72000mi. Year and a half later I’m at 112000mib kinda wish I got something with lower mileage. However for a bmw that mileage isn’t to bad. You just might expect your water pump to go out pretty soon if it hasn’t already been done. Mine went out at about 80-85000 I think
