- The plaintiff says her son died of brain cancer as a toddler, so she makes the extra effort to bond with her other kids. She bought them a camper, but she alleges that the defendant conned her, so she’s suing. The defendant denies owing the plaintiff for anything.

This made me cry so hard because he said “mom I’m tired and wanna be on the couch with my dogs “ and I’m so glad she let him peacefully pass away with his family in the comfort of his home 🥲 she’s a good momma and not selfish and for that I know he’s a happy angel baby❤

I work for a hospice and we have a pediatric department, many nurses didn’t want to work there because they just couldn’t handle the fact that it existed. I feel so bad for this woman💚 God bless her.
That would be difficult. God bless you. Hospice in general takes special people to work in that area.

It’s so sad that people feel they actually have to forgo medical treatment because they don’t have insurance, or that they may have to ration out what should be a daily medication, because pharmaceutical costs are ridiculously through the roof. Anyone should be able to walk into any medical facility at any time, and receive the treatment that they need. The U.S. has a long way to go.
As for the defendant boldly asking *”Is my name anywhere on that title”?* the fact that it wasn’t only serves to prove that he did NOT have the authority to sell something that he never officially owned. 10 years? Despicable. 😒

Wow, what a tragic story. I pray for continued healing for all family and friends involved. I came close to losing my daughter at 2yrs old and it is something that will haunt me forever. I wouldn’t wish even a little of that pain on my worst enemy. As far as the case, shame on the defendant!! Shame on you for selling this single mother who’s gone through so much, a camper you told her was 10yrs to newer than it actually was and in pristine condition?! Who does that? Then has the nerve to say “it wasn’t my camper, I didn’t see the title” BS! YOU were the one selling it and it’s your responsibility to be honest and know all the facts! Karma is gonna get you good.
Couldn't, she have taken her son to emergency, when he started having headaches. I thought ER,could not turn a person away.

I'm so glad that JM broke down the reason why Affordable Health Care was coined "Obama care." I hate when ppl call it Obama care. It's so necessary for families like the plaintiff. Her son hopefully would have been here longer if she had access to reasonable Healthcare options. Families across the country need and should have healthcare. I'm so sorry for her loss.
