Grabbed a plastic spigot like that at a local true value a few years ago to fix a water jug with a leaking spigot. I’ve had a brand new Berkey here for years; you just reminded me to dig it out and give it its maiden voyage.
Saves a step looks like it worked. Have you ever looked up the lead and aluminum content for those? Berkey had I believe one of their filters that was actually adding aluminum into the water, I forget which one it was though, still love your hack. Also liking those counters, I think I am used to imagining you like being out in some FL scrub area out among all the Saw Palmettos or something. 😂
it works if you put water in it. which I am the only person apparently qualified to do so. I am the safety tested adhesive holding the universe together.
