I love my 2014 GranTurismo S. Just put an X pipe on it and every time I start it I smile. The back fire and pops on downshifts sounds ssooooo good.

Yep, can’t beat it in the used market. The opportunity to own a Ferrari motor is underrated. And when you look at what people in America are dishing out for a freaking “Scat Pack”, buying a Turismo used is such a bargain.

it is true but not only for sound.It can go more than 300km/hr...with v8 and without turbochared motor.this is the thing and it has G box from Ferrari 590.

And the looks :) I sold my 2014 and just picked up a 2018 sport, amazing sound, great gt car, I updated mine with the full lcd cluster, and waiting on the digital climate control like I changed in my 14 to update it. Last or it’s kind.

It has never been the "fastest" in its history. Maserati focus is on grand touring vehicles for long journeys at high speed and comfort, with more elegant style.

I had the Quattroporte that got totalled in a head on collision (kid texting) and then bought a base GranTurismo. Just a gorgeous car and even the base car sounds great.

But they don't have the style and emotion but they are faster. This is the most beautiful gt ever made its an al in one package. And it's the car to feel better than a bugatti

I have this car, 2014, and a Ferrari F355... The Masi is more fun to drive, in my opinion. (and that's saying a lot!). It's a grand tourer so it's very heavy, common sense should tell you that it's not designed for speed.

Don't understand why Maserati doesn't change the key. Everything looks right outside and inside, only the key looks like an old Honda from the 90s with a retrofitted central remote control.

The mc and stradale are the exact same body. The mc just has rear seats. And 2019 is the last yr for the gt
MC Stradale comes with Ferrari F1 gearbox with 60ms shift times, standard carbon fiber bucket seats from the MC12 supercar, standard carbon ceramic brakes and optional rollcage.

I subscribed! A bit of unsolicited advice, pay attention to where you parked the vehicle you're reviewing, the time of day, and sun position, it will help you increase the quality of the videos. Also people talking while you're filming it's a distraction for us that are watching and trying to listen to what you're saying. A good thing you can try is, do a little research before filming, give us some interesting facts or maybe a little history of that specific line up, for example the Maserati logo it's called a "Tridente". Later on when your videos start generating money invest in cameras and microphones for now I would focus in perfecting the things you have control of.

Shifts look super delayed. I count to almost 2 seconds between when the paddle is hit to when the transmission changes gears. Sounds great, but I'd be unhappy unless I got a manual if one is even available.
dcc415 Very true what you’re saying there. Unfortunately there isn’t a manual option on these...
If you look at the revs while he pulls the paddle, you can tell that the audio is delayed and does not line up. That gives it the effect of the shifts being super delayed
They aren’t that delayed. Also shift paddles are pretty quick.

The infotainment needed upgrading, they did that . The climate controls still look old for this time though. I'll give you that, but I love the interior.

Yes, but do you buy a car for the key? Who cares! The interior materials and fit and finish is still handmade in the small original factory in Modena, it's all that matters for the luxury point of view. For tech feature and all the bells and whistles you can buy any other car nowadays, even the cheapest. The difference is the handcrafting that it's almost extincted everywhere else.

Again, there is a misunderstanding. The GranTurismo in NOT a sport racing car that wants to compete on 0-60, it is a (heavy) grand touring car that combines comfort and high speed for long journeys. Still handmade in the small Modena factory , one of the only left in the market (now discontinued). And the last Maserati that will have the legendary Ferrari V8.
Was going to one but after test driving it felt slower than my old 2018 mustang gt so I brought a 2020 Nissan GT-R recaro edition instead

Poltrona Frau leather all around the seats, side panels, dashboard, center console, carbon fiber full trim, full Alcantara roof, built quality is wonderful (never heard a noise), no panel gaps, soft-touch plastics. Handcrafting should be appreciated, in a market that it's just full of mass production, look-like-the-same vehicles.

The brand is designed for Ferrari Fans who could not afford Ferrari, absolutely no initial innovation, cheap plastical interior, I cannot believe it still uses the old fashion green LED screen 6:21 in 2018, very unimpressive car in the terms of quality, the absolute worst car with this price. But i had to accept the fact that it is beautiful and sounds lovely.
