I had a buddy who was being groomed and was eventually offered Full Patch but he declined. I asked him WHY? You have it made they give you a free bike and you make unreal cash. He said " Nope. Having a patch is like having a bullseye on your back. 24/7 surveillance here in Canada. You give them a bike when you get patched. You give them 40% of your earnings not the other way around."
My Father in Law left the Riders because of the patch over. His old friends then ripped him off and talked crap about him. I miss the old simple days of riding bikes and partying at their marina in the summers.
Same with my father, he quit when Paradice Riders patched over to Hells Angels, he was disgusted how his "friends" patched over so quickly with such ease, he always struggled with his decision but stood by it

I suppose that's the problem when you patch over a bunch of half ass clubs into the big leagues, a lot of them won't have what it takes to ride with a real club, they're just a bunch of small timers who don't want the HA life, they just wanna look like cool badasses. A huge mistake on the Angels part.
I have to respectfully disagree. Those so-called " half ass clubs" kept the Hells Angel's out of Ontario forever (while they took over everywhere else) it was only through these patch overs, that they finally got their foot in the door and now have one of the largest concentration of chapters by population in the world. I know a lot of the old Paradice Riders and Satan's Choice members that are now at the top echelon of the Hells Angel's hierarchy. I don't think they wanted to look like "badasses" they just are.

Yo just some audio feedback - you have a naturally deep voice which makes it quite bassy. It's pretty hard to hear you speak on speakers as the bass is sometimes overwhelming the highs. To remedy this I would apply a high pass filter and tweak it until you can hear a bit more of the "highs" in your voice. Don't remove all the deep tone, just lighten to bottom end a bit to make your voice travel much more easily. This will help people who listen to this anywhere there is ambient noise as well.

All very close family friends of my family and most people would be surprised just how kind and amazing most of the people are behind the stories that are out there to make them look bad.
