Fot the BTTS market i wait until they have been playing for 20 minutes. If a goal has been scored i ignore the game and move on to the next one. If not the price will have drifted to well above evens. So i place a bet on yes. With this method i only need a 50% success rate to make a profit.
whats your personal success rate with such a strategy?
If you consider only games with no goal until the 20's the 50% avg. also get well down just as the odds got higher. To gain profit you have to analyze in-game factors and details to predict variations before the odd traders.
@@leonardimpiglia75 hes a little light on the details for a reason. But if you did just outlined above you will still lose. They factor in time decay into the odds. The benefits are picking teams that score late. So you get attractive prices and thus and edge.

In my opinion Both teams to score is the best way to earn.
Talking of percentages , this season other than big teams in top 5 Leagues , 71% of games have ended in Both teams scoring.
You gotta take the long-term tho! There's usually not a huge margain in the odds over a longer period, find the short-term value and price mistakes!

I have some success with BTTS, usually in English lower leagues.... I often see success from 55% or higher. If your inclined to do accas, I'd say 3-4 matches @ 54% or higher. I know this is pure betting but I have seen a 4 out of 6 return on this.
You may find the odds are incorrect more often on the lower leagues, the trouble is, you can't stake so bit there.

The value doesn't matter so much, its more what you are doing. Believe it or not, I started with £600... a grand is plenty. But you want to make sure you aren't over exposing yourself on any one position, variance will mean you lose sometimes.

Hello Caan. You've mentioned watching the match a couple of times on several videos. Is it possible to make Money from football trading strategies using in play stats rather than watching the game Itself? I'm not the sort of person that's able to read matches and prefer to look at the facts when making Decisions ie shots, shots on target, rating, attack momentum etc. I use the resources on goalprofits and Sofascore to do this.

You need to understand why that doesnt work... its all about price. Bookies prices are rarely long for a long period of time - and if the group was successful on any level they would join it, and then change the price the moment the 'tip' was shared.
What bet steps do you make?

So, btts is most probable when a great team plays away to a middle road team or up?
Most profitable when there is a considerable deviation in market bias. Doesn't necissarily mean certain teams will create this based upon their current position... league positions are fluid. Sorry probably not the answer you wanted there.

You need to think about this from a different angle. Corporations thrive on short-term thinking, you need to take small margins by finding the price mistakes and exploiting the hell out of it. Don't be expecting to take a tenner and just keep doubling it until you're loaded, it's pure risk-taking with the odds against you.

Well, over the weekend (Feb 26/27), there was a total of 18 matches in the English Premiership and Championship leagues. Only five matches had both teams scoring! My favourite football strategy is to dutch both teams to win. Of course, the odds for both teams MUST be over 2.0. But in my experience, this works about 80% of the time😁😁😁!!

Ladbrokes give you free bet if one lets you down. 5 games min have to be selected and only on your first bet of the day. ( So put your bets on wed, thurs, Friday, Saturday if you want to put 4 bets on for example)

as a trade I always thought back 0-0 for lets say 100 pounds at 12 /1 , using the 1100 profit back both teams to score , the price should then come in after one goal, hopefully you make enough to cover the 100 pound lost on the 0-0 and make a bit of profit also, if its say 0-0 up to around the 70 min mark trade that out for a profit, take the loss on the both teams to score, dont really trade football , the example would be something like back 0-0 for 100@ 12/1 / 3/1 = 300, back btts at evens for 1100 / 4/1 =450 loss, over all loss 150, not right sure howbtts ods move but if there is a goal would look something like, back btts evens 1100 / 1.5 = 540 profit minus 100 staked, I think youd probably need to get an even matched game , maybe the odds dont move much after a goal, I dont know just a thought.

What I do is when a team that is lower in the table have scored at least one goal within the match against a team that is higher than them by some distance and if they are at home, then I would place the bet then for btts. The chance is way more likely and the winnings are a lot.
When Liverpool play Arsenal in the next round of the league cup I'm betting on BTTS in both halves and also above 4.5 goals

Hey Lucy, how do you mean? the bet line is for BOTH teams to score. Obviously inplay market prices move when there are goals but it really depends on where you opened to know if it will go into the green :)

Football hasn't historically been my favourable area of expertise, although it's not really about the football itself so much as you can find value in any market when you understand how they work (and people do). Some old footie videos on the channel from years back so its not like its new to me :)
How about arbitrage betting using BTTs?
It can be done using different accounts. Just calculate the sum of inversely odds of the same match, if the answer is less than 1 take those odds!

This is a ridiculous comment and probably why Caan hasn't bothered his time in explaining it. Data is very much relevant, you don't see a skint bookie because the data they use provides a probability of something happening which that probability is then converted into an odds format and they offer odds which equate to a higher probability of something actually happening. Do this enough times and the value over time will show, historic data can provide a better idea of which games will do certain things then its about obtaining odds that are at value betting at odds were the probability is less than what the odds imply.

I just won 75K on 4 exact results 2-1s and 1-2s...thoughts on the method?
2-1 & 3-1 are the two most popular win/btts scorelines and the odds are nice. 2-1 is 8.00/8.5/9.0 and 3-1 is 10.00/11.00/12.00 perm the scores in multiples and you only need a few selected teams to win 2-1/3-1
I won 7 grand on Saturday off a £16 bet where I permed Chelsea, juventus, lazio and inter to win 2-1 or 3-1 I was contemplating adding psg and doing 50p stake for the same £16 but I decided against it which cost me a huge wedge as psg ran out 3-1 winners. I would of won 35 grand off £16 had a added psg but didn't want to push my kick with 5 teams and stuck with 4
A good perm I like is picking 5 teams to win 2-1 or 3-1 and perming the trebles (80 bets total) so a 10p stake would be £8 but a minimum winning treble pays £51.2 so you only need 3 teams out of 5 to win by these scorelines just once every 6 attempts to make money. Returns are alot higher if you can hit a couple of 3-1 instead of 2-1 or get 4-5 teams all winning by these scorelines
Or just pick 3 teams to win 2-1/3-1 and perm the trebles
In total its 8 bets so a £1 stake is an £8 bet and a winning treble returns anywhere from £512 to £1728 depending on score/odds
This weekend alone there was plenty of the top highly fancied teams all ran out winners by these scorelines
Chelsea, juventus, inter, lazio, ac Milan, psg, lyon
Stick to teams highly likely to win but have a good chance of conceding a goal

Bookmakers are the scourge of the earth, they offer poor value and are the last platform to be using if you are placing a trade or bet. It doesn't make sense. Exchanges however, offer higher values and lower margin for the end user. So I wouldn't advise seeing anything with a bookmaker, I'd rarely even bother looking at them.
Have a look at the other content on the channel and your might learn something. Or, keep leaving dumb comments and get nowhere :).

The odds was typically small for Leicester spurs and Man U scoring 3 or 4 each. Do they ever? If so, every 6th match that’s slim odds. There aren’t many doubles and no trebles. Is there job to underscore and miss these slim pointless fractions. Bayern 1-1, 1-1. Leyton orient top the league, 1 win in 7 (1 goal in 7). Barca 1-0 1-0. show me a football bet with any value….and when u win £ from this…well done…and good luck avoiding the next 10 pitfalls and narrow wins at best thereafter. And then it’s Saturday again, where nobody wins anything, any more :)
