Hang on , Liquid 3D Printing ????? WTH thats the most amazing thing i have seen , i had no idea they were 3D printing at this advanced stage , this is Star Trek advancement , i am beyond blown away and impressed
I opted for resin printing because the gear rotations are so low that friction is minimal, making it well-suited. Of course, to further reduce friction, I added plenty of grease.

Hello, thank you for watching the video🙏. The machine is fully configurable through the Openbuilds Control software shown in the video. You can vary the rotation speed of the basket from 0 up to approximately 3900 revolutions per minute in both directions (in the configuration I have set up, it reaches about 1000 RPM). You can change the rotation direction as desired, adjust the immersion time in the liquid, set the drying time, and customize it to meet your specific needs. Hello, a bit below the basket level so that when the spin starts, the basket is fully immersed. It also depends on the speed you want to rotate the basket. Faster means less liquid, slower means more liquid.

How do you determine the time it will be spinning? I want to make it spin at a slower speed than yours. In intervals of one second the direction of rotation changes and this process lasts 10 minutes. Hi, so to set the basket speed, watch the video at minute 22:18 where I change it from 800mm to 2500mm. In practice, I increased the rotation speed. Obviously, you need to convert from linear measurement (value in mm) to RPM (rotations per minute) starting from the basket circumference. So, knowing the basket circumference and how many millimeters are covered in one minute, you can determine the rotation speed. I'm very curious to see your implementation. Feel free to write to me in the comments for anything.

I'm still working on my project. Things are going slowly because I use my free time and I don't have much. I need to use the output of the spindle as a signal to activate a timer. I use the G code line "M3 S500" and I get error 9. If I use only that command line it works fine. But when I add it to the rest of the machine's program I get that error.
