Idea for you, in end of video,
In oldwest , they would have " cook houses" because cooking would produce alot of heat ,
And for breeding area , why not make a oldwest stables ?
That carno situation almost turned into an eowen one
All roads of Syntac trying to find an early game carnivore lead to Carnos
Genuinely the only problem with Carnos is their stamina. Their bleed + knockback equips them to deal with any pve ground encounter that doesn't literally one-shot you. If they were a little smaller they'd be premiere cave mounts.
@@__-be1gk I would still prefer the Palo ones they are cool looking I means they are what carnos are meant to be like speed demons
I'll always prefer direwolves since I can use them to tame creatures, do cave runs and I use them to transfer heavy materials through my base since they can fit through double doors and go up and down 1 by 1 stairs. I guess I like the utility they have. I don't tame much. Got ur metal wood and stone tames. Ur flyer, ur battle mount and boss tames. Everything else is for fun. And when it comes to bosses iv always used Rex's and a yuty, but since I don't play on 1x I don't even need the yuty. I used gigas on extinction but oh boy did I ever cheat on that map...

Honestly I prefer gameplay without cryopods. I know they make the game objectively easier and more friendly, but I think they take away from the feel of having to survive and care for your creatures. I really only cryopod my breeders so my tribemates don’t have to deal with the lag.

yep I did early game crystal runs by flying up on a moth, then loading it and myself up and parachuting down
@@Rellik85 he could have still collected the crystala and put them into a storage box so when he returns more crystals would be ready to harvest

Me, spawns near green ob for the first time, casually gathering stuff to make a pick, when 3 wolves, 2 daeodons and a level 150 thyla decided that they own green ob, I survived longer spawning in one of the hard zones than I did with an easy one, ark is fun like that sometimes

Hey Syntac,how about creating a large horse stable and having multiple horses and use it as a store to sell different breeds of horses
I've doing this on the private server I'm on aside from permadeath one of the other many rules is no flyers so I've been breading equis & hyaenadon and selling them as cart mounts and guard dogs.
Yeah explain to me how many different breeds of horses are in ark beside the equs

For the barbershop you should make the second floor the barbershop and the first floor a pie shop. And maybe name the Mantis Sweeney Todd.
You should add a post office to your town where the other players can leave those challenges/ gifts. You could decorate it with small flyers and maybe have a garage-like area to protect a tame pulling a cart designed to look like a mail coach.
I would recommend, instead of coming down the ladder with the crystal, u place a bed, then u can jump off the hill and die and respawn near ur loot...

If you put training dummies around the buildings and outside then dress them your base will look populated :) it would look kinda cool

Here in the UK that's peak summer temperature! It feels like the surface of the sun in the UK for some reason. I've been to the equator, even that didn't have me dripping in sweat like sitting on a bus going though traffic in London during summer

You should make a mess hall/chuck wagon and call it the Galli Galley, and put your grill/cooker in there
I think you can definitely make functional buildings to house your stuff. Maybe make a cookout patio behind the saloon for the grill, make a blacksmith shop to house your faby, forge, smithy, etc. you can make stables to house the breeding projects
You should probably change the direction that the rows of shelves in the general store run. Even back in the Old West (or maybe especially in the Old West), stores would have to worry about people stealing shit. Having the shelves arranged the way you have them means that most of the store's inventory would be one giant blind spot.
You should add a Bank to your town. It could serve as storage with plenty of vaults.
You could call it The Hoard and leave a thorny dragon as a bank teller.

Suggestion: Build out your town square/crossroads a bit and change up the direction of the "front" of your builds. The shadows make it really hard to see the majority of the time. At least at a main crossroads area having at least one "front" in full light gives us to enjoy. You put in a lot of effort and your work should be seen and appreciated!
I remember watching Ark back in the days when Sl1pg8r and his Crew used to play it, and then I lost all interest in it when he stopped. I discovered your channel when Ascended came out, and it is unbelievable how much you remind me of him in the best way possible, so if you see this, I would love it if you could name the Carno Brian, Slips favorite friend
Syntac, you could put a storage box with a load of parachutes on the platform up top by the crystal and just chute down.

Something we've been doing is creating safe houses out of the ruins put floor down and put a door in you can get home bonus from them. So we've been furnishing them and stockpiling them for people on the server to use as they need for whatever reason.
It would be cool for you to move in to the town. Make a stable, a ranch and/or barn for you animals. Make a smithy/workshop for your crafting bench and fabricator, a apothecary for the chembench. A resturant for the food-stuff. And then you just lodge in the sheriffs office, or on top of the general store.
Maybe for the oaesisaur you can have multiple for you base, like a fleet of them
The regular setting is 1 tamed per tribe
You should build a mayor's house in the town and make that your base.

several bases around the map, use the Oasisoar as a mobile base with your important items so you can keep them with you whatever base you are at, all the bases with different purposes and placed in ideal locations.

You could put some of the base things you want out of sight (like the grill) in that hidden room in the saloon..at least until you get a more permanent Syntac home

You should build a farm/ranch as your base somewhere near the town. A dino ranch, with a modest farmhouse and a barn.

You need a restaurant/hotel where you can set up a place to make food and a proper corral with a barn for storing all the tames.
Tame a vulture, they are great shoulder mount. They are like portable fridges with increased spoil time in their inventory. Can deal damage and harvest from your shoulder. Use a tent and spoilt meat to tame 'em.

*CZcamsr ignores a tame that can pick up almost everything important in Scorched and drop it in a pen for simple taming to create fake drama episode after episode making the series almost unwatchable.

I go on a killing spree everytime I go out. Save up 5 treasure maps and then go out on a drop and treasure hunt. I always come back with decent loot.
For the oasisaur idea what if you and the boys make a combined base/hangout spot? Like a pub or something. 😊
Would be cool if you turned the critter pen into an old west style stable. Could keep it in the same location, just upgrade it!

How about a big Ranch House as your Main Base, could have pens outside for the smaller tames like a on a ranch.

I'm not sure about ASA but in ASE the cactus broth was great for reducing heat while keeping you hydrated. If it works the same in ASA should take some with you all the time.

Fun fact: Carno is one of the creatures planned to get a full TLC in the ASA Paleo-EVO mod. Y'all should go check out the ASA Evo Rex and Giga just to see what level of quality you can expect from that glow-up. :D
Make your base a mad scientists lab hidden away from the town, you (the mad scientist) artificially created a western town as an experiment who also lives nearby to keep an eye on the residents, aka the mantis barber. Like an old man on the hill situation, and instead of using an Oasisaur as the base, make it a means of transportation from your base to the town, for resources and such. Idk fun idea maybe.

You should make a mobile base on the Oasisaur. Something you can just use qhile traveling and have a main base elsewhere. Probably near the town.
