@@leilaaraujo164 yeah they only let you change it once a year, they denied my request and now I can’t ask till next year, that’s the policy. I am still sick, I’ve been throwing up and dizzy for 2 months now and i was denied but my health is more important so idk how long I’ll keep working here
@@illuminatiking656 sorry I just saw this, I’m still working there and i still don’t know if I would recommend it, the pay depends on experience I got paid different than my friends. It is a call center so when you first start working you get 5 min between calls now I only have 1sec the most 30sec. It does prepare you for other jobs, there’s some agencies that aren’t this intense so when my friend went to another she felt more confident.People can be rude and difficult to you sometimes, but I found out I had anxiety and depression because of this job. No one was honest with me about the job so hopefully this helps there’s some good points as in rewarding when you get good comments but I still get anxious every day. I wish you the best tho if you start working here, STUDY it’ll help!
If people will work from their homes why do they need to be legally authorized to work in the US (that's what it says in the qualification requirements )I mean we won't be traveling to America
You will be handling sensitive information, the United States has been attacked with scams, they have to make sure where to find you if something happens and you have to pay taxes, but some companies take responsibility and hire you because they have a license or certification, but they will pay you based on where you are located.

I attended test… I received a refused email after 5 days . I don’t understand why they don’t give me my testing result? Who can tell me???
