Stop treating us foreigners employees like robots we handle hundreds of calls a day with only a few minutes breaks and get paid 1 dlls an hour be more humane with us employees

Please Language Line. You should show how you abuse your interpreters. You are giving us, the interpreters back to back to back calls because we getting CHEAP AS DIRT pay regardless while the contractors just sitting their waiting for calls. PLEASE LLS just be more humanized understand that both contractors and full timers need to share the call volumes and not just thinking how to cut corners. Your full timers would be exhausted by handling so much calls, eventually NO ONE would want to work for you and YOU would LOSE PROFITS.

Despite the cheap dirt, I would be bored at home if I would not have to take calls back and forth. In my case, I am not experienced and I need it to get a high chance to be hired at the county level.

This interpretation seems too perfect. I think in real life people ask to repeat because sound on the phone is not perfect.

I am fully aware that despite the hourly wage I will be offered here in L.A., I might receive a crap ton of calls or no calls for a full time shift. I have to man up, suck it up and nut up if I want to get some experience before applying to a city, county of federal level interpreting job.
