I’ve been using parchment paper in my Daiso mess kit for cooking rice for several years now, and use the smashola method.
But Mike definitely has the parchment paper origami skill set down to a science!

What if you added some heavy cream to pot before cooking. Would that help from burning. I know roll would be moist
Sounds like a good idea. Maybe a thin layer of cream before you put the rolls in. I really enjoyed the crunchiness on this cinnamon roll but it's a slippery slope and your cream idea might be good insurance 👍
Steve, the cinnamon rolls from Trader Joe’s are better. Next time you go into town where the Costco is get a bunch of pack of those. To “try”.
