    If your looking, your not cooking! Just turn the lid 1/4 turn one way, and the bottom 1/4 turn in the opposite direction to even out the heat. It’s best to put bottom coal around the bottom edge, none in the center.

    How long does it take to cook biscuits this way? Nothing better than campfire cooking

      @mary ann Gannon just my experience, it depends on how you do it, how much heat, etc. I check mine at about 15 minutes, and then 10 minutes increments.
