Yamaha virago bobber full build !
A short film about the customization of my Yamaha 535 Virago. Each part and each step were taken by myself according to my own ideas. New in hydrodipping, I used Kryptec pattern. Pretty proud of the result !
Don't forget to drop a like and suscribe. Next project coming soon !

Hey Johan,
How did the heat spray hold up? I wonder can I do the same think with my virago, but even after good clean of the engine will the heat paint hold?
👍🔥
I love how hes being rough with it, like "fuck this, dont need that, this is garbage...." lol
Simply bitchin!! Great homespun mods! Thanks for sharing.
it may be a silly question but I try anyway :) do you squeeze the motor or do you paint directly? beautiful work guy !!!
✌️⚡
Super
you know someone is serious when they get the 7" grinder out.....
Awesome bike I HV the viago 1988 and want to no it a bobber so badly how much extra did it costs in parts and labor
zzzVSIPP
Is there any chance I lower the rear fender but keeping the passenger seat?
how'd you fit that thing from chain to direct drive??
I want to learn to ride and build motorcycles like this. How hard is it?
Great job ! Can I ask what do you do with these bikes when your done with the build? If you sell them may I ask what this one went for ?
Thanks - keep building 👍
For the moment, I only customized my own bikes, no time to make business with that. But this time, because I recently buy another bike (600 DR), i'm going to sell this one. I expect something like 3000 €...
Great job mate! Can you send me more info on how you did the paint!? I have built plenty of bikes, but have never done paint like that. 👍
It's not really a paint, this is "hydrodipping". There is a lot of vid that explain how to do it, and where you can buy the material ;)
@@JoGhann thanks man! Like I said, totally new to it so I appreciate the info!
Awesome job mate looks beautiful, you just need to learn how to spray paint
Hater
Kurde jak szybko zrobił. Pewnikiem dziewczyna odeszła i wypierdziulił siedzenie.
How did you attach the rear fender?
Do you have a link for the handle bars?
On the hydrodip, do u clearcoat afterwards??? Knarly build👍..
how's it handle? 🏍💨..
Yep I add clearcoat, it's necessary if you don't want your hydrodip going away 1 week after ;)
Que foda
Je vous est acheter un 103 SP et j'aimerais savoir comment racourcir la selle ??😉
Hey JoGhan, which kind of handlebars did you choose for your Virago 535? I really like yours :) good job!
Hello, I used classic straight handlebar (22mm), you can find it easily on any shop ;)
was that a bolt on rear?
really nice we had the same inspiration look mine and tell me what thinks. in any case great job .... 😁😁😁
Nice budget build. I like that you used hydro dipping but not the choice of film im afraid. It just looks too much like a summer shirt to me.
Quelle méthode utilise t-il pour la peinture dans l'eau ? je suis impressionné merci
Il s'agit de l'hydrodipping ;)
Hyo hyo!
What you use for rear fender ? It looks you cut some front fender from another bike or ?
Yep, it comes from a 250 Virago (front fender as you see).
JoGhann how is it mounted? Only with the 2 screws ( 4:00 )?
Those 2 and 2 others on the swinging arm.
