RISK Meta Settings: Canada Advanced - Dicey Plays

Hi, it's W1Pro9 here, a Grandmaster ranked player in Risk: Global Domination, and today we are using the meta settings (caps, fog, blizzards) on the Canada Advanced map.
Another large map with lots of small-medium bonuses (similar to EU Advanced) but with more connectivity, and we have a great start and press home that early advantage to a dominant position. However, the table fights back with some incredible results! (and potential collaboration....).
