Shimano Tranx 150HG (My first impression)

I have purchased a new rod and reel! The Shimano Tranx 150HG and a St. Croix Bass X rod. In this video I go over my first impression of the reel as well as catch my first fish on it!

Just bought 1 of these and I'm excited as hell, will never see salt water here in great lakes. From the reviews it bombs out 1/2 oz baits like a jdm.

Yeah I’ve toyed around with mine and now it casts much further than I was casting in this video. Very smooth as well

I would went for the 300 or 400 I been looking at the 400 .how the quality alot of polymer pieces ?

The quality is very good! I have caught a 15 pound blue catfish and a cow nose ray on it and it held up great against them.
