This solution worked! Other CZcams videos fell short for me! The key is selecting the *proper drive* and your solution addressed that, avoiding errors. You also addressed creating "passwordless" when it did not exist, which other videos also DO NOT ADDRESS! I haven't seen anyone showed how to remove the Microsoft account in an existing Windows 11 installation! Thanks muchly!

This happened after I took out my failed SSD and I got this issue along with a message "this system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. For anyone having same problem I had with the cleanup utility just hold shift on keyboard press power restart it will bring you to troubleshoot screen navigate to command prompt and type bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot then hit enter and restart this worked for me there’s another command if that one doesn’t work it’s bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot hit enter restart hope that help some poor soul out there

After choose cmd at recovery i always getting stuck and cannot proceed opened cmd cause windows want me to choose my username and windows should want me to typing exact password (the password i usually used when using windows) but when i full it with my password the password says it is wrong but actually it is my password, so what i'm gonna do? @@designslidertech Thanks, I did that 3 days ago, but I had some problems ( I couldn’t customize my laptop, I couldn’t choose a language, add region or something because laptop just randomly restarted), so I made Cloud Recovery cuz Asus Service Assistant gave me this advice. Hi can you help me still not worked but now i can tipe in my password but when i type my password in it says my device is offline when i have internet and i tryed safe mode but id didnt worked cus it says im not administrator thank you for your help
If you have internet connection, and it says you're offline, try a Power Hard Reset to fix that.
Press and HOLD the Power Button 🔘 for about 30 seconds. Of course, the device goes off.
Then, after 30 seconds, pull out the battery (only if you can, and if you know how to refix the battery.) But if you cannot do the battery thing, it's okay.
Just leave your device off for another 1 minute, then Power ON the device.
Let me know if this works for you.

It works 100%
It worked but took a couple of restarts to work out the bugs. After following instructions, I exited regedit and restarted. The "Alert! TPM device not detected ..." screen reappeared with F1, F2 and F3 options. After selecting F1 to reboot, the option to create login password worked. Restarted a few more times and full shut down, and the laptop was back to normal. Dell 7390 2-in-1 with W11 Pro

I think if you dont know or didnt take note of the password as you were setting up your PC new or second hand, i think you would end up at the command prompt.
Not gonna lie. I was kinda skeptic with coding of any sort and not accidentally rebooting my PC but i got to unlock and have all my stuff still in it. Thank you sooooo much.

Need help!
I did the exact steps for regedit and it enabled the sign-in options, however, the same prompt for the pin still shows up, and whatever password I put for the password login is incorrect (assuming it's the Microsoft account password it's asking for).
When I click "Set up my PIN", it shows a "One Moment" prompt for one second before going to a black screen with the same prompt, only to load the sign-in screen again. This also happens when I click "I forgot my password".
I also noticed that the Wi-fi icon on the bottom-right is gone, so I am assuming it got disabled as well.
I am using Windows 11. Any help here is much appreciated. :)
