I'm tickled to know I'm not the only one to experience another "lifetime" as an Elf. I had a regression session with a QHHT practitioner (Dolores Cannons technique). I was completely depleted from my earth experience and was in an outer galaxy recharging on a Crescent shaped crystal grid. I've kept that regression to myself for obvious reasons. 😉 💚

OMG...Thanks for the validation! Over the last few weeks, I have been totally changing up my house. I don't even know why! Don't have much $ to upgrade but it doesn't matter! My house has become a canvas, using whatever I have on hand. Not only moving furniture and art around in a room, but putting things in different rooms, transforming each room. It feels like all of a sudden I am trying to catch up with a new self! Moving things that have been in the same place for 20 years! Doing "Swedish Death Cleaning". Clearing out. Not because I had a plan to do it, but feel compelled to do it! It does feel exciting! Each morning with a new idea!
'Catching up with my new self' is a brilliant phrase. The meaning of Life perhaps?

Something just clicked when Nancy said “you might be seeing blue everywhere” and I went “OHHH!!!!”
I started seeing the eastern blue bird on my walks last summer and it hasn’t stopped. Literally every day I’d go out on my nature walks and I’d catch these little quick glimpses of these little blue birds. Then I started seeing the color blue everywhere. And royal blue is my favorite color.

I have worked with horses as a N.O.T. Knesiologist (plus extras ) for 20yrs and have always known that they need craniosacral work. Everytime I organised study either the course was cancelled at last minute or when online was made avail my finances were nit there. All my life I have loved fantasy stories, and I added science fiction to my favorite genres in my teens. Then in my college years, I started studying spirituality after having been raised with the Calvinistic tenets of Presbyterianism which permitted and encouraged questions and critical thinking. I will be 78 on the next summer equinox and I am so excited that I am getting to experience all of this miraculous and fantastical transformation.
Dear Pam, Helpful for sleep. I have had success with Castor Oil packs. Ie organic, hexane free oil in a dark glass bottle of oil. Rub castor oil into you feet, put on 100% cotton flannel or socks, then a non toxic plastic bag, on top of the socks then a pair of cotton socks on top of the bag, a drop of oil into the belly button also. I put the oil on my face as well before bed and it is absorbed by morning. It is very helpful for a deeper sleep and deeper dreams... Love Miss P.

Yes castor oil is wonderful. I do that too putting it on my feet, it has cleared my skin tags, and I also do compresses on any part of my body and it's great for the lymphatic system.
I am working with someone right now who usually responds to these cosmic events before the actual date. He is clearing deep PTSD and right now he is making gigantic strides forward like I have not seen before.
...... I keep getting the idea that we have come back from the future to heal the trauma of the past, clearing it so that now we can go forward.

I’ve always wanted to learn to Crochet so I have learnt to Crochet this week…and I’m working with a beautiful blue and lilac wool, 💜💙💜 we have a week off and my Hub helped me, encouraged me…my Mum and Nana taught me to sew and knit when very little so yes was easier to learn 😅 I can knit with my eyes closed but Crocheting is a little different although isn’t so hard on my back, so that’s definitely a bonus. I’ve made my Mum a Sunflower Cushion for Mothering Sunday. My Mum hadn’t been very well but she’s going along lovely now. My daughter loves the one I made for her, comfy and cosy. 🥰🥰🥰

Well I went to court and won the case without even having to trial. Everyone was so understanding for the first time in forever that I had to endure something horrible for many years.
I want to go somewhere different but I am drawn to my home right now and I want to change everything in my home.
My therapy has come to a close.
All the trauma I have experienced seems so distant, my emotions feel detached.
My dreams are me during a wild clear out and renovation of buildings.
I feel light and graceful in mind even though I’m physically tired and dream of bed!

Whoa...! I just began sketching an idea for a painting, without anything specific in mind. I started incorporating a spiral symbol for the Sidhe, or Fae/ Elves, and a tall etheric Elven being on either side of a human figure that is seated in a forest, that will represent those connected with the earth wisdom, the Cunning folk, as they were known. Our spiritual ancestors, who were persecuted for their knowledge and connection with the Goddess.

Thank you Pam and Nancy for sharing such beautiful messages, support and inspiration. I have to laugh as I was drawn to spiritual teachings, energy work in the 1970's. I heard some of the information then that you shared today. There were times when I felt like my optimism waned yet I am always renewed by your offerings. I moved from my Los Angeles home of 27 years nearly 3 yeas ago. I have primarily been house and pet sitting ever since. I started traveling last September, first to Hawaii where I got to see the volcano bubbling and spewing during a rare window of activity. Then Bali and Thailand, alone and unaccustomed to traveling abroad, such sweet souls and comforting energy there, very healing and liberating! It has been interesting to find myself in other countries, Australia and France, meeting new people, living in unfamiliar people's homes, with their animals. In April I will be in England where I've felt drawn for years now. Hearing about the eclipse and the brain activity I feel on track! I'm so grateful for you and all the fab teachers, guides on CZcams creating our amazing global community! WhooHoo!
