I regularly fill up with golden energy during my meditations. On the morning of the solar eclipse the archangels filled me up with silvery sparkly energy. When I took pictures of the eclipse through a photo filter I saw the silver substance around the objects in the photos, then I remembered the meditations. Not a coincidence.

So beautiful and true to the times. I have been quite mesmerized by new light, and birdsong, and the way the wine red maple tree leaves dance in the breeze; warm sun and a delightful visual feast of greens. So content. Like Ferdinand the Bull (hello Taurus). I was bit worried, though, that I would never "work" again or be even a wee bit "productive". I went to my acupuncturist with a request to fire me up! Give me focus and motivation! She listened for a moment after feeling my pulses, etc. Thank Goddess she just smiled and said: Isn't this what life is for? To be enjoyed, in peace? Happy to hop into this timeline. May it be shared for the good of all beings.

Basically, we are grounding these higher octaves through the body. In order for it to do so, the body has to be in a state of stabilization as we do this, we are not only supporting our own frequency/energy, we are supporting the Earth, because we are not separate from Her. Hydration is going to be very important amino acids and silica. Processed sugar will distort the Frequency. Move the body and practice spatial referencing.
