I feel like he was not ncluded in the bromance between Garrett and Brad. He was pretty much pushed to the sideline and possibly felt left out. That whole thing left me uncomfortable.
Kwon looked like the sober guy having to take care of the drunk people. Rolling with the punches but irritated with the situation. 90% sure a few of the guys were high as a kite.
I hope Kwon is alright. Everyone has bad days. Just hope it didn't have anything to do with the Good Good crew. When he's joking around and high energy, he's just such a boost to the videos.

Also at 17:08 you can see him walking back to the cart uninterested in how team worst was putting. Really concerns me to see my favorite member of good good like this.....

What I'm about to say might sound crazy.........
Never seen Luke so uninterested in a round.
This whole trip seemed way more unserious than usual even by Good Good standards. Garrett and Brad not really trying all that hard and not really having good chemistry in their play or in their small talk in the cart. Kwon likes to have fun but also likes to play serious golf and have his shots mean something. He probably felt like a babysitter this trip while everyone else was being lound and hitting unserious golf shots. Could be over anazlyzing a small set of videos, but Kwon may have just outgrown Good Good.
@@markbuche9032 Couldn't agree more about Kwon. I don't see him with Good Good come sometime next year. I am guessing he will do what Grant did and go his own way but poke his head in and out for the occasional collab.

Kwon seems to be the next guy out from GG group. The level of golf he's asked to do is catching up to him and you can tell from his interaction from the last few. He's not saying much, hitting odd shots around. If you watch his main channel, he's a totally different guy. Hope GG clears this up quick.

I really hope this isnt gonna turn out like the Grant situation . i watched Lukes channel where he was taking questions from his subscribers in which he answered to one question about whether Good Good had been good for his game and he answered honestly saying that since joining them his game had become not so good , but, he didnt blame Good Good in any way, he blamed himself for not finding time to practice so much. I'm new to golf. Started this year. For a long time, I felt like it was so inaccessible because I was still learning how to swing, didn't know the etiquette and mostly just felt like I'd be in the way or piss someone off if I didn't know what I was doing. I've been watching so many Good Good videos this year and I'm blown away by how fun and welcoming you all make the game look and feel. Been playing all year and now I'm properly obsessed. Great work, boys.
I've played piano all my life and had only read sheet music, your videos encouraged me to learn composition, hearing music, and understanding more theory.
Relating to your comment, yes these videos are fantastic, anytime I go out to play at my course (mostly older gentlemen), there's always a group of young guys wearing a good good hat. Love what they're doing for the game.

I was the same way two yrs ago. I happened to stumble on one of their videos after watching a few other golf videos and seen how much fun they was having and been watching ever since. They one of the reasons I stayed interested in the sport and continue to enjoy the game.
Great as always but we NEED team Backpack back. Miss the Kwon humour and back and forth banter.

Bro this man has played golf his whole entire life, played at the college level, and has been playing golf competitively most of his whole life. So yeah I bet just going out & half ass playing golf with his buddies is probably way more enjoyable to him than acting like he’s attempting qualifying for the Korn Ferry every time he steps on a course.

You should do a challenge where you do a scramble but whoever ball you pick, they don’t hit the next shot. So like if you take Garrett’s shot, he doesn’t hit the second. Then if Brad hits it in the green, he doesn’t hit the putt but Garrett can. 3v3 or 4v4 is best

Except it’s been the last 6-8 videos he’s been half assing his shot attempts like he doesn’t care. He played perfectly fine, just seems like he’s over GG at this point. Just a few videos ago there was a hole when the team Luke was on needed a good shot from him and he just decides to “try a stinger fade” for shits and giggles ignoring them asking him to hit a good one. Not sure behind the scenes but there could be compensation issues, good good labs channel being done by Brad instead of Luke, or a number of other things. I don’t see him lasting much longer.

This is an inflection point for GoodGood and I'm sure they all know it. The competitions are fun but you don't win anything. The silly stuff that made them famous is few and far between. The cast of characters is like Menudo and the OG's are often outplayed by the newcomers. The editing & videography is upper tier and they have a huge following but how long will that last without more updating? Other channels are stepping up including their personal channels and there is only so much time to watch YT golf.
I wish them the best and hope they come up with ways to grow even more as a group. Curious in 2 years what GG and other channels look like in the YT landscape.
this is an excellent point. i think in the next two years they will try their best to maintain their CZcams growth but mainly focus on the development of good good as a brand. i mean, you cant take away from the fact that they work with one of the biggest brands in the world of golf and Calaway will definitely help keep them on the map

I was wondering if Kwon was just having a bad day last video but he is checked out. He doesnt laugh, he doesnt wait for the camera. He 1000% doesnt want to be there. He just goes back to the cart. Any jokes or funny things happen and he has no reaction. I feel bad for him. Its like he doesnt want to be there but doesnt have a choice.
