Cross Trainers are evil. I was in my uni's gym, running on the treadmill and this extremely fit lass was on the cross trainer, all was fine until she started running like a mad thing at which point I lost concentration and had a chuckle to myself, until I tried to put my foot back on the treadmill...
I landed about 2 feet back from the treadmill, stood up, did a little bow and limped off to change
