    Everyone talking about this agents vibe… as an agent myself, that is about how 90% of agents are, Ryan is literally the #1 broker in the world because he’s crazy energetic. Not everyone is like that.

Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.

    A very nice property. However, let's talk about the elephant in the room. As the listing agent states at 2:04 , California is the car capital of the world. And, this place has a two car garage. Come on. IMHO, I believe this would sell faster, if it had more garage space.

    • @NateBee
      @NateBee Před 2 lety +4

With the The One I'd say the $500 Million was just a tad overpriced. I think it sold for like $140 Million. So why even throw out that it was listed for $500 Million! lol..

The same design-build can also be done for way less sans the bedrock drill. Earthquakes will crack structures. Premiums in insurance and maintenance among other things!

      *Exploitation of people with less financial means. Most of the time, that's the case. The only examples I can think of where that doesn't happen is potentially a NBA/major league sports player. However many of these athletes have set up scammy NFTs which also take advantage of naive people who don't have much means or financial literacy. For example, Floyd Mayweather comes to mind. Even major, internationally-recognized singers like The Weeknd have set up scammy NFTs that naive people loose money on over time. Sure, people should research more before spending their money on things they don't understand, but that still doesn't mean they deserve to loose their savings and be forced to go into financial hardship as a result.*

      Of course he's reading (some) of the comments. He's most likely a fan of Ryan Serhant's work, so to be featured on his channel might be particularly exciting to him, thus , the video's comments might interest him as well.
      That said... did you even consider that the broker might have just done it this way because he's a fan of Serhant and didn't wonna take all the shine in this video... Or maybe the broker just wasn't having the best day, perhaps wasn't having his finest moment.
      But ask yourself... If he's so worthless and uninspiring as you're making him out to be, would he be successful in the business?... Would he get to show a house alongside Ryan Serhant?... Would he even get the opportunity to have a $58Million USD listing in Beverly Hills?.
      Stop having fun trash-talking on real people's expense.

Sky bridge is an etablished architectural concept, typically just a few stories higher but close enough. It's a very nice house, if I were to guess, the slightly obstructed view could hinder the appeal at this price point. Might have to lower it. Plus interest.

    *It's obviously a beautiful home and I'm not saying people shouldn't be able to live in massive mansions like this, but I can't help but think of homeless people or folks living on welfare when I see things like this. The homeless problem is increasing everywhere and yet we have people living in places like this. It's a tragedy that those without financial means are essentially ignored and forced to live on the streets with their children. Homeless shelters are often dangerous, not big enough to house people and police often break up encampments. Again, if someone can afford to live somewhere like this - great, but to know how badly we ignore homeless people in the US is sad. Countries like Iceland have very few homeless people because of all the social programs/nets to help people struggling. Yet in the US, a supposed "global hegemony," people are living in mega-mansions that are tens of thousands/hundreds of thousands square feet.*
    *It's also interesting the concept of earthquakes keeps being brought up. I hear these real-estate agents saying these mega mansions would be safe during earthquakes yet people who can't afford to spends hundreds of millions on a home are in real jeopardy if there is a natural disaster. Just something to reflect on. We must to more to help people in need. Isn't that what life is all about anyway?*

    Honestly, not hating but this was not a tour, didn't feel like it at least. Too much talking, not much showing. Love the exterior!

    I feel like these LA mansions are all the same. Cool pool, indoor-outdoor living room, massive bedroom with tub by a window, white everything. NY is more unique.

      You can definitely build crazier in Los Angeles just due to the available space...I have no clue where this pool bridge would fit / be allowed in NYC

      Most of the megamansions are like this. If you actually look at some of the smaller houses say priced between 3-7 million, you can find some really nice architecture and unique living spaces.

    That agent makes me want to go cuddle a puppy. Does he hide the bodies of his victims in his garden or his basement?
