The way the camera shakes whenever Ryan and another person is shown is so bad, there’s no stabilization and the camera man is too close or zooming in too much while if you look at Enes it’s wider shots which really lets you look around and get a feel of the property

Impressive but not quite a masterpiece. The proportions are unlovely, despite being richly clad.
If you're into that sort of thing... The previous listing at that address was 5 million. This one at 139 hasn't sold yet. So all thpose Arab royals and LA movie stars, etc, etc, all passed on the privilege.
I'm no LA fan, but this place would make me feel lonely unless my publicist kept it topped off with bikini models, which realistically significantly adds to the running costs of the place.

This is my favorite house !!! Love the show room for the cars. The bedrooms are amazing. The space inside and out love the huge TV. The dinosaurLove ❤due to when I will be ready to purchase a house like this this one will be off the market. Will definitely need to get with the builders to do some thing similar. Every time I see it I just want to go and spend a week there.I
Lots of people loving it, but the people that can afford it...aren't biting. Perhaps those who'd have such a thing, would like it to be more personal to their own taste. Or in a different part of the world. Or at a discount the developers aren't comfortable with. With so many real estate investors...none has taken this one on.
It's an amazing party place, but perhaps not the best house for this price? I'd need a lot more friends or start a bunch of bikini brands to find a real use for this :)
While I wouldn’t want a house this huge even if I could afford it, I am SO IMPRESSED by the developers’ ability to cover all the surfaces with beautiful materials. So often, a house half this size (still gigantic) has a great many surfaces that don’t really stand out. In my own minuscule home, I’ve always saved up to have solid wood floors, a fireplace of floor to ceiling marble, designer tiles in the bathroom, etc. Every wish for happiness in this house to the new owner.
It seems like the target audience that can afford it, don't even buy it as an investment. And when you have this kind of money, AND you want to live in LA regardless...wouldn't you want to work with the designers directly to create it from the ground up, and end up at maybe half the cost?
Such a place, I'd love to rent it for a month with several events to put on. But own it outright and then keep up what another designed...a big ask.

Seeing a couple chandeliers made me think of costly dusting. Huge ladders, teams of museum level technicians. I guess you have that done while you're at one of your multitude of homes or super yachts.

This is literally my favorite house in existence. I actually watch videos of this house to motivate myself. If I had the money, I would absolutely buy this house or maybe have a smaller scale house built with similar finishes and furnishings. I am a Taurus and I love absolute luxury, and this house just does it for me.

If you are so rich that you can purchase a $140mil mansion, you simply don´t have time to cook your own food, clean your place etc. You are always having meetings, travelling somewhere and you simply don´t have time to do anything and that´s why rich people need staff.

The materials used to make this home, the square feet of the home, and the location in the location makes this property worth 139 million dollars. With that said it's still over priced, small pool and while the view of downtown LA is nice I've seen better views from home's worth only 20 million..
It is overpriced there banking on someone from another country to buy it.
Thoughts about this house: Impressive? Yes. Loud? Definitely. It's a brand of cold modernism that's ostentatious for the sake of being ostentatious, like dipping your Lamborghini in gold. Details are pure kitsch, like the lighted swings at the bar that almost made me vomit. Then there's the simulated-fake-ice-acrylic liquor box. This house isn't a home. It's insanity, made for bad actors, in Hollywood and on the world stage, to park their money. It's no different than the megayachts owned by Russian oligarchs with a ton of money and no taste. To its credit, this house would be a great nightclub. Bring your own powder.
You clearly have zero taste if you think like that about this mansion. Have you seen tours of other mansions in LA? This is probably the coziest mansion in LA. Everything fits perfectly, everything has its purpose and everything seems usefull. Of course there are features that are too much even for my taste, but when you are really rich, you want to stand out somehow.

Another abomination is the histrionic Lakewood Church, in Houston Texas, just steps away from America's greatest masterpiece, the DeMenil Collection. Cathedral de Chartres is as perplexed as I am. In the world of yachting, Putin's Scheherazade is an ode to department store kitsch, complete with the obligatory gold toilets. Conversely there's Ghost, by Vitters, Luca Brenta, and interior by Lissoni. A yacht at one with the sea and kissed by the wind. Beauty is often derelict, like 12 Henrietta Street in Ireland but, unfortunately, it too fell into the hands of new money and subsequently gutted and destroyed, replaced by glitz, as is the norm.
