I cant believe a single man could tour this big of a house in the span of 40 minutes. Huge credits to this guy.
the power of video editing 😂
Editing does wonders
Took him all day if I could imagine
eeeeer ok
It's like staying in a luxury hotel next to a group of guests and staff. It's two different things from home. And no matter how big the space is, you can only enjoy a small part of it personally. No matter how luxurious it is, it is just a hotel, not a private home even though you own the whole building!
The guests are all millionares and celebrities, I can make it my home imagining running up and down every day, going to the pool, having people over, it’s for active owners, family and animals all over. I bet if I invite Messi or Kim Kardashian or even anyone on this planet that I like will come just to see me and the house in real life.
The guests are not millionaires. They are BILLIONAIRES.
I agree. It is way too big. It's basically a hotel that you own, with only your family as guests. A family that you mighy not see for days on end considering that this is as big as a mall. You will lose things, keys, your phones, uour clothes. You will find it difficult to clean the place. You will need 100 man power of employees to maintain the place. You will need bicycles strategically placed at some areas, or else you will be always late for appointments, unless you strategically sleep near the front door. Then security. You will need an army to secure the place. Cctv. Guards. Dogs. Alarms. This place will cost a human being on average with 100 employees about 5,000 dollars a day. That's 5,000 times 365 days adding up to 1,865,000 dollars a year just to maintain....and that's just because you wont clean everyday like a regular hotel.
I can't imagine having a house like this and losing my phone somewhere in it. It would take DAYS to find it.
If you're this rich the minute you lost your phone your butler will hand you another one with all content as the lost one already backed up on it...
Loved this comment 😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Hahaha right, and everytime you need to see your kids have to call them where they are …
@@nickhuynh6321 Yes, but I want my old phone, NICK.
Although this home is grand and expensive, it really doesn’t feel like a home. It’s more like a hotel, luxurious, but feels cold.

@@EnesYilmazer wow Enes, you replied. I just want to say you and your team always do awesome job. Wish you all the best!
Seems more like a mega mansion would suit better for the title
@@randomahhuser it's like a high end hotel with various amenities. The design choices depends on taste. Aside from high cost, the sheer size and location....I personally do not find the overall design to really stand out. If you look a many other home tours from Enes, you will find many lower cost homes with nicer designs that feels like home, more liveable.
This one just feels like a place you go to work, or have fun, then you leave and go home.
@@IronCan88 yea- I see ur point now... doesn't seem like something u can call "home" seems more for something like a place u can rent for vacation or if ur having a huge slumber party, and u can rent there
Well it wouldn't be boring you could sleep in a new room every night depending on your mood. I would decorate each bedroom to match my moods
The ideas are endless!
Give me a log cabin by a lake anyday. It's the coldest feeling house I ever saw!!

Honestly this house is just plain stupid!! I'm not surprised it's still on the market, I mean who would wanna live in this soulless white box. It might just be my taste but the house has no character, no warmth, no design, Just huge and tasteless🤦🏾♂️
@@mddawodu5070 And just to think about it, in whole world there is only handful of people who really can afford to buy and maintain this monstrosity.

This is beautiful i mean imagine just being in the afternoon in the pool looking at that California view couldn’t get any better.
It's not just a home, it's a mini world in itself
You don't need to spend that kind of money to get that same beautiful view. There are many homes in the Hollywood hills offering the same view for less than 1 tenth of the price of this monstrosity.

I genuinely can't think of a time where I saw a home and thought "That's just pointlessly big."
Until now.
I feel that way with most massive homes. When you start getting into 10K square feet, you’re just being wasteful.
Didn’t Bella hadish’s dad build this?! LA changed all the building codes bc of this too!
Agreed. Way too over the top. I would be bored out of my mind! It's like an office building. That is just way too large and cold looking. I liked the indoor pool. And it was a beautiful view. I'd rather have a very nice cabin in Jackson Hole. If I had that kind of money. I would own 2 or three much smaller homes around the country in the mountains/wilderness and on the ocean. Maybe a boat for a lake house and a small yacht for the beach house. Basically vacation areas. Or I would buy all the homes on one very private dead end on the water some where and give all the houses except one (for myself) to my family and friends. Just enough to have privacy and space without needing a golf cart to go to the bathroom.

I have probably seen at least 5 CZcamsrs "try" to give a tour of this house and none have been as extensive, detailed and informed as you guys. Also, the whole production value is just amazing and extremely professional.
David dobrik and..
Have you seen the tour that Producer Mike did?
Thank you so much!
@@Ramel34 Yes , it was crap though .
Exactly, this was a million times better than Producer Mike and Mr "beacon of hope"
Simply mind blowing, I'm overwelmed just lookin at the tour.
Reminds me of the Overlook Hotel without the cool carpets. Kept expecting Jack Torrance to pop out from somewhere swinging an axe.
Do I wish I was rich enough to afford something like this? Yes. Would I actually live in something like this if I had the money? No. It's a soulless corporate husk.
Standing ovation + to you!
I sat thanks that help the homeless
Agree
Yeah like who’s going to buy that? What a waste of investment for what? In hope that someone will buy it blindfolded? Good luck
Too much exposure to me.
Let's face it, real estate junkies: we've seen this house 1 million times before and we're here just to see how uniquely Enes will spin this house.
He’s doing better than anybody else, especially that Producer Michael vid where that guy kept going on and on about how the house would “change the world”
Thanks buddy!
He somehow made this place feel homey and sophisticated... and thank goodness that crazy developer guy wasn't there!!!
@@bmpmedia7306 ikr they should have Enes doing the first ever tour of the house, in his own process. Maybe this way the house wouldn't be roasted by the entire world.
@@bmpmedia7306 that video would've been so much better without that "owner" and just have Michael and his camera guy (forgot the name) explore it
I can't wait for either you Enes or Jason Matouk to do a tour of Skyblade of Cannes. Other than that, this place everybody calls "The One"..... I'm simply lost for words describing this Mansion. It's exactly a vision I always wanted and admired. Astonishing!!!!!
There was a documentary done in this mansion and how it has been added in and added on, but now it’s so damn expensive there’s a very small handful of people in the world that can afford to buy it AND maintain it. There are property taxes, which in Comifornia, with a little quick looking it means they’d be approx. 1.68 MILLION dollars/ year. Then all the codes that have to be met with special up keep. That would narrow it down to a young, mega rich, entertainer or business owner that entertains, A LOT, that would buy it.
They may get a foreign investor, or royalty, but normal people with that kind of money would be a skinny list.
This is so big it doesn't feel like a home anymore, but like a unique self contained office-suite / mini-mall where all the employees just stay on site and sell meals, movie tickets, or manicures to each other.
Agreed. It’s like a commercial property. Not appealing.
It's more fitted to be a a oversized resort style B&B with the benefits of a spa, fitness center etc business's function rental spaces!
@@morpro4u Bed and Breakfast? 😂 No, not at all.
Too big, not quaint & B/Bs aren’t meant for 50+ people.
@@bobnunyabiznz4917 depends on the B/B....I know of a few that are not as big as this but big none the less
Some southern plantation slave owners housed all their workers in their house. They worked cheap but couldn't afford to live anywhere so they were fed and just lived there. It was usually a mansion too. They lived like the rich, just wasn't making any money.
This feels more like a private hotel than a home. Even Enes used the word "commercial" to describe many parts of the home.
it's too expensive for what you're getting. and it's ugly. It seems like some sort of luxury brands HQ actually this is priced similarly to a big tech HQ building.

that's what I was thinking
Yep like living in a high end hotel.
Mortgage payment aside Just Imagine the other monthly expenses that would be associated with it. But I guess it would not matter to anyone who could afford, to buy a 295,000,000 million home. especially if they buy it with cash. It is to contemporary with the marble floors , chandeliers and expensive artwork it is kind of like living in a museum
Speechless cabela outstanding presentation design amazing not enough platitudes to give this project justice again magnificent 💯😎🤟
Nice to see how caring everyone in the world is. All that money for some brick and mortar and everyday someone getting abused drinking dirty water sleeping undrr a hut and killed. Go mankind your so awesome
I’m sure everything that went into building this house and it’s continuing upkeep will generate more income for dozens of people than any house that you live in. Who are you to tell somebody else how to spend the money they earned? Just because there are people in the world who aren’t capable of making a decent life for themselves doesn’t mean others have to give them anything.
I love Mikey's camera work. No matter how fast Enes rushes to show everything, Mikey is always spot on and it never feels dizzy watching the videos. Great team work. Love from India :)

All the giant hallways reminds me of the lower floors of the MGM Grnad in Vegas. Tons of space and they go everywhere. Hell, just walking to the 5 pools at the MGM Grand is a hike, just like this place would be.
It would be wonderful for the rich with family that visits, you wouldn’t even bump into them, although you’d need search and rescue for Uncke Bob when he gets lost on the way to the bathroom(s)
Its crazy.,immense! Like a hotel. And its beautiful. 😍😮😊
Its Richard Saghian who bought it. Crazy!
This space would be much better suited for commercial purposes considering how ridiculously enormous it is. Not to mention that the house’s monochromatic, minimalistic, function-centric design reduces it’s capacity to feel like an actual home, further making the case that this will likely fill a corporation’s needs and not a family’s.
Very well said.
thanks for the input bud!
Totally agree. This does not feel like "coming home", it rather feels like the extension of my office.
Yup. I was thinking the whole time (other than how ugly it is) how impossible it would be to live there; nothing like a home. It's so gross.

And you remember you have 7 kitchens :)
If you didnt just say f-it half way to the kitchen, you burned the calories.
There's certainly some very "sexy" stuff here, but this is really more like a conference center/resort/hotel campus vibe. It's easy to appreciate the creativity that goes in to these architectural extravaganzas, but I suspect that even the wealthiest owner would end up feeling pretty lonely and never even begin to utilize the space and amenities. It's a delightful visual flight-of -fancy, though, and I have always LOVED the idea of a "modern moat". Cool tour.
I would guess some country might buy it and use it as a consulate, but the last thing I think of when I look at this is its a house.
It reminds me of UBS's office at Liverpool Street in London where I used to work. Impressive building but very sterile, absolutely nothing homely about it.
Yeah, it’s not somewhere I would wanna live. I wouldn’t mind vacationing in it for a few weeks. I actually think that would be a really enjoyable experience. But after a while, it would feel big and empty.

This video did not mention the staff needed to run this place, nor their living quarters. You would need at least 4 full time live-in housekeepers, 2 personal maids for the women of the house, a nanny for the young children, 1 butler for the man, and another butler for the family. A full-time live-in chef and a kitchen assistant, a landscaper-gardener, and a general operations/houseman who maintains and fixes all the electrical, mechanical, construction issues.
And, perhaps at least two personal assistants for the man and lady of the house. Also, a chauffeur/driver who would run errands and bring in deliveries. A security chief would also be needed, since every west L.A. social-climbing freak would try to break into the property just to take a selfie and post on social media. This is just the bare staff for the residents. For parties, events and functions, you will need valets, caterers, party planners, event staff, and a larger security staff, as well as a huge set-up and janitorial crew. The larger the property, the larger the team needed to run it.
This building is a cross between a plush private resort hotel and a large grand office building plaza complex. The problem will be selling it, because there are only a handful of billionaires who would be able to buy it, and most likely, they would either modify it or tear it down and rebuild to suit their own needs.
Super rich people do not adapt themselves to other people's homes. They need homes designed specifically to their every whim and taste, so it would not be easy to unload this mega mansion without dropping the price considerably, knowing that the next owner will redecorate it to his taste.

I remember watching a tour you did Enes back in 2020 where you toured a home that looked towards the one and I remember you turning to Mikey and saying hopefully we get to tour that when it is finished, now two years later here you are! The channel has grown massively in size! Congrats Enes!
I remember that too 😊
can i know which tour it was would be wholesome to see it
I'd love to know which ep it was too
@@burtonesquebarrel Me too
what episode was that, would love to watch it
The property is obviously impressive , but at no time did it ever look like “home “ to me. Looks like an exotic vacation spot , or lodging for the super rich. But not what I would call home.
You just said that cause you can’t afford it 😂😂😂
@@juliangarces6431 even if I could afford this, it’s not what I see when I think of a home. That’s my personal opinion though! Some people may love it. It’s just too much upkeep and way too big. Even if I had everyone I loved in that house, it’s still too much. It’s definitely beautiful though.
Yeah I’m with you , Beautiful Home . Has anything you could dream of …. That Bowling alley definitely took me out lol . But when you think of HOME …. It’s just literally too much to handle . I don’t wanna walk half a mile to get a drink out the fridge . That’s a little overwhelming.

Absolutely amazing. Who has the time and energy to use all the facilities this house has to offer? They really need electric carts to get around in one day. In this case, bigger is not better. I just love living completely in my tiny house.
The mega-mansion known as “The One” sold March 3, 2022 for $126 million at a bankruptcy auction. That’s a huge discount from its $295-million listing price, even with a 12% auction fee bringing the total to about $141 million.
yeah these folks will be lucky to get 175 for this
And the owner's initial asking price was 500 mil so this was a massive L on his part
I dare say I could’ve bought it were it not for all the paid actors I would need to hire to pretend be my family and friends
@@bobkins10 also, they did well to move away from associating with him. That guy lost the plot building this place haha. The interviews with him are absurd.

I like Enes' down-to-earth presentations, he lets the houses speak for themselves. In my opinion this is how a real estate agent should be! Great content as usual.

Great design . Master piece
I cannot imagine the logistics and cost of just running this home. The home MUST come with an array of different crews and contractors that clean, cook, and maintain this HUGE house. I also will never understand why someone would even need something this over the top. It might take them years to even enter every room in the house for an actual reason haha. It's truly overkill! It's still absolutely amazing of course.
With all the surface space to dust and clean, all the pools to clean, I'd think you'd need a household staff the size of that of a small ocean cruiseship.
It's also an investment, this will probably increase a lot in value in the future. It's probably gonna be rented out in periods as well.
Edit: After seeing this house has been going down in value from the initial 500mill price tag years ago, I take back everything I said :p This is a complete fail investment wise. Too big and impratical, with an enormous cost in property tax alone.
It's not a matter of need, it is a matter of can.
Imagine the property tax
I’d rather go camping.
As impressive a building it is, it's hard for me to visualize it as a home. That is unless one fantasizes about living in a shopping mall museum alone, or enjoys having 50 other people reside with them. But a great tour none the less.
I don't like it, no one should be that wealthy, it's abominable. I'd like to see the backroom stuff - where the staff live and work, the kitchens, service rooms etc. I like how things work.
This is why America has war with Russia , mostly .
Capitalism vs communism 😅
@@VanderlyndenJengold You wouldn't say that if you owned this house. Open your mind

Good video thanks for sharing
I watch this video at least once a month I wish they could do an update so we could see the finished product in detail like the nightclub and chef kitchen and staff quarter’s and any other changes
You're both the only guys that I can stand to listen to give house tours, always so wholesome and enthusiast without faking anything, this really sets you apart form the other property channels, You've actually made this behemoth seem homely despite the size, thanks again for the great content
I'm pretty sure that the additional staging furniture had something to do with that.
You are the best! Thanks
Facts 💯
Producer has this listening on CZcams as well, but I think Enes & Mickey makes it more detailed which gives feeling of personally visited the property. Keep up the good work boys you're awesome.
Btw I wouldn't buy this house it looks more like an hotel then a cozy home.
French home listed at 141 millions is way nicer
I agree! Literally everyone else give me the ick.
Mind boggling, it is. As much as the size, scale, and incredible attention to detail overwhelmes, I'd be hard pressed to call it a home. A home has a strong energy imprint left by those who have shared their lives and experiences within the walls of a dwelling. Due to its size, it would be almost impossible to feel any connection beyond being overwhelmed.
In today climate and with all the imbalance of the haves and have-nots I would be embarrassed to call it my home. I am also predicting that mansions in general are going to nosedive in value especially with the new paradigm of ''we will own nothing and be happier'' Resource depletion and the climate crisis will put an end to what we deem as valuable and desirable.
@@MICKEYISLOWD I think the idea is that the super rich will still have everything as before... it's just the plebs that will own nothing and be happy ;)
To me, it had a commercial business vibe to it. Like a bank, a strip mall or something. Very overwhelming indeed! I am more of a traditional person when it comes to the house. A farmhouse, English Tudor or an A-frame would suffice nicely.
It's more of a resort than a home.. I don't think I'd ever want to actually live there. I think a smaller house should do.
Well said
Feels more like a really nice facility.
Imagine a home you could turn into an extravagant office building or a high-end mall, even an expensive hotel, all without changing much of it😮
The amount of time and effort you guys put into your tours amazes me. Hands down, this channel has the best house tours on CZcams.
thank you so much Allie! more to come!

Mr beast yet to play hide and seek there
Generally, yes ... but
they didn't put nearly enough time in this one.
The guest house, its swimming pool, the tennis court, etc., etc. ... were not shown.
The club had a lot more of stuff to be shown in it ...
Too little material from for this monster. :( And it was worth it, since it's so special - there's nothing like it. :(
Hello Beautiful,
nice to meet you,
Can I ask you a question?
You actually made me like this place. This tour just goes to show how important furniture, art and proper staging is in making a house look good
Thanks Chance 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Love your knowledge of things. But you mentioned Prep Area in the washroom section. I quickly googled it and found that prep area is always related to a kitchen. 😅
Please correct me if its wrong
It's unreal! But honestly, it feels like an office building.
This is the institution of gifted students in real life
Not an exaggeration when I say regarding this home:
* Getting lost in your own house is possible
* Having to phonecall someone in your own home might be necessary
* Someone could be in your home and go undetected for a while
* This is actually a mesmerising home and I'm glad to watch it here first.
I know people who even in "smaller" homes have to call each other. I think you could live there for a few months without seeing someone else :D
I've seen this house 5 months ago.
The developer filed for bankruptcy and it's going up for auction soon.
Everyone has to wear a GPS to identify and locate himself.
can you imagine calling 911 and telling them WHICH room you're laying in???
It is beautiful tho... 🤩
If someone buys this and turns it into a hotel I would totally stay here! Sadly I cannot afford to buy it but as another commenter writer earlier on, this is the best tour of this place I have seen to date. The listing agents have also furnished it with more warming tones and furniture which does make it look more warm and liveable. Great job gang! Xx
Thanks mate! well said!
@@EnesYilmazer That is a great idea, for the buyer to turn it into a hotel. The investment would be made back, and so many people could enjoy it. Fantastic video!!😗👏👏
@@karenwolsey2283 a whole team or clan can live in that big place
Please, I hope no one ever turns this into a hotel. This must stay a single family home or, perhaps, the new addition sold as separate from the main home, depending on James Goldstein's wishes. I hate the fact that only a rich person will be able to buy this home but my hope is that this rich person isn't a douchebag without taste.

There is a great reason behind why we want Enes to tour houses. He never misses a detail, shows the essentials, and that too in a neat manner unlike other similar channels. Plus Mikey's camera work is absolutely brilliant. Good to see this getting wrapped up in one video rather than getting divided into two part feature film sized ones.

@@EnesYilmazerHi I am a College Student in uk I go to College Every Friday and Monday and I am interested in working with the City Council of my country and when I get paid I have big dreams of getting a house like this I have started think a lot about this lately
This compound is truly amazing in every decadent way, EXCEPT a cozy, realistic home. I would not want to live in a house where you literally need a map to find your way around and a staff of 100 servants (full-time) to clean, cook, serve, security, etc... I do see this as a high end "Millionaires Exclusive" hotel catering to the super rich.
No one needs a thing like this. I repeat: NO ONE ! What the world now needs is kindness and peace.
